The schnitzel and spaetzle are DELICIOUS here. Consistently good. The owner was also very accommodating also about us bringing a pup we are babysitting out onto the patio on our most recent visit. We are new to the area and delighted to discover a great local business.Update 4 years later: still delicious. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of the food here. Tried the weisswurst this evening. Packed with flavor on a crisp fresh bun. The dill spätzle is still my favorite. It's an unassuming spot, this place, but give it a shot.

Our family sat on the patio today and enjoyed a great meal in the sunshine. We tried several of the entrees but will have to come back and try some more. It is so nice to have a local place with such quality food and service.
Great food and drinks. They turned the TV sound on for us to watch the Packer/Cowboy playoff game. GO PACK!Kid-friendliness: Families with young children were present. Nice neighborhood establishment.

Love the sausages on the menu. Great selection of beers. Great local hang out for Willow Bend and Meyerland folks. I talked to the owner and convinced him that he needs a Bum Phillips sanctuary there in one corner.

Went for a fundraiser and for trivia night. Fun place to hang out. Really good soft pretzels.
