Very hard to order when only broken English is spoken and they clearly do not know how to operate the touch screen and need help when you order a simple combo meal. Been here a few time and always frustrated with the service.

If I could give is a 0 instead of 1 star I would. The drive through was super slow so I went inside. Nobody was inside and no one still came to take my order after standing there for 10 mins. I had to go back through the drive through. Horrible!!!!!!!

We thought we'd try a Wendy's breakfast today and there was a bit of a mixup with our name. We ordered it through the mobil app. She kept reading us different names. We ordered 1 breakfast combo - a Sausage croissant with Swiss Cheese ? and another one without the combo. Well there was NO Swiss cheese on it. On my husband's croissant ? not either. The Seasoned Potatoes were delicious though and when I asked for ketchup the lady was nice and gave it us, also cream for the coffee.I had wanted the croissant sandwich because of the Swiss cheese, but there was NONE to be found. Oh No!Overall it was a good breakfast though.

Honestly I’m not sure what happened or when but over the last few months it’s just gotten worse and worse with the service: Anytime you order breakfast it’s a pain and struggle to get your order. The doors are always closed they never open them no matter how much you knock then the open the drive through window and yell with an attitude that you need to use the drive through to pick up: they never actually start your online order until you arrive for pick up: very horrible manners and service. I work infront and every time they do this it’s just one more reason to buy from the Chick-fil-A next to them because they do this all the time: it’s like my 4th time this year and I never learn.Wheelchair accessibility: Eo
