I had a large onion ring and large Dr pepper shake... I've had this combo a few times but this time the shake was nasty..like a mistake someone tried to correct...the onion rings all 11 were great just not the large I remember from a couple of weeks back.. I guess this is what we have to get use to....not me

This place has the consistency of not putting all of your items in the bags when ordering to go. Paid 11 dollars for 3 fries and didn't nothing they also forgot two medium shakes, ridiculous from now I'll ask them to check my orders before they handing it over. Disappointing service

Ordered a pickup order to be picked up at 11:28 pm the latest- currently waiting in the lobby and it’s 11:46. This is not the first time they have been EXTREMELY slow but the first time I’ve tried using pickup as drive through is always slow. Will say though the manager just gave me a free large fry to make up for the wait - cool, but I’d rather yall just pick up the speed!!

The drive through was extremely slow. We waited almost an hour at 1 AM on 03/22/24.For a maximum of seven cars that's ridiculous. I think they should mention while ordering if there is a slow down with the drive

I came to this Whataburger tonight after a long day of work trying to take one thing off of my plate like cooking dinner while putting in my order, I noticed it the cashier had put the wrong type of sauce on the sweet and spicy bacon burger. I attempted to correct it in real time And she changed it on the ticket. I also ordered two additional combos all with no salt because I’m trying to watch my sodium intake instead of dropping new fries. This restaurant dropped old fries and the grease refried them. They were extremely dry when they brought me the order because they were fried twice and I asked the team lead Belinda to see about just dropping some new fries. I had no problem waiting I watched them it literally took them 30 seconds. They dropped the same old fries and gave them back to me. At this point it wasn’t even a point of me asking to get what I actually ordered I just will not come back to this Whataburger ever again and it’s sad that you have minorities working in the store. They don’t even take pride in their job. I remember my days working in fast food, and I took way more pride, and what I did whether I made $10 an hour or $16 an hour and at that time when I work in fast food I was only making $5.50 an hour so I would appreciate if that Location could work on their work ethic and their customer service skills when a customer brings them a complaint And ask for service and pay for service.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options at the restaurantKid-friendliness: No really staff is not very happy or friendly

Put in a pick up order. I arrive it’s closed inside. They tell me go through drive thru. There are 20 cars in line sitting just waiting. I call to ask if I can just get a refund they say no. Go to Whataburger on beltway 8 and Wilson, it’s way better and never had any hassle. Why advertise 24 hour service? False advertising.
