Horrible experience, terrible customer service, wrong order and long food wait. Not only did they get my whole order wrong, they forgot so many items and gave me apple pies!? I'm absolutely allergic to apple pies! Not only that, but my cinnamon rolls were cold! Arguing amongst the employees and customers left and right getting agitated over missing orders and items. Don't come to this place if you're gonna get a spicy chicken sandwich with a shake...TO ONLY GET A DOUBLE PATTY BURGER WITH RANCID SPRITE!

I love Whataburger, and I have being ignoring how bad this location has gotten. So, on my most recent visit, no one was working the front counter, the young lady at the counter stated, "She was checking out, but someone would be with us in a moment." Five minutes later no one came, but a manager walked up front, but didn't acknowledge us. So we just left.
20 min drive thru wait, asked for a number 5 no pickles, no tomato’s, no mustard sub mayo & I get my burger with all of the above…

I knew I should have checked my order but this is the only whataburger close to me. I asked for a whataburger Jr no onion and I got onion. They totally didn't give me my medium fry and I ordered a large fry with another meal and the box is only filled to medium length. I shouldn't have to check my order or even drive all the way back after I just got home. Is it so hard to check the food against what is on the receipt?

DO NOT GO HERE! Me and my family went here and ordered our food to go. I asked for chocolate milk and the rest of my family ordered. The lady behind the desk almost forgot to give me my chocolate milk so we had to tell her. Then after we ordered our food it took like 30 minutes for our food to come out, and it usually takes only about 5-10 minutes to come out. We almost got a refund it was taking so long. Once our food came out we checked the food and it was missing my sister's French toast sticks, so we told the lady and she said you guys didn't tell me to put French toast sticks. She said I heard the word French so I thought fries, but we clearly said do you have french toast sticks, she also gave us a really nasty attitude, and the people in the back were serving the people in the drive-through faster than us.DO NOT GO HERE!

The food was acceptable as always, but the supervisor or manager Daniel Osinowo, his attitude was very ugly, he disgusted me and my partner and charged us for everything with extras and everything big, charging us for a $12 hamburger and a $11 sanwhis up to $30, very unfortunate on his part. that he will charge us for the extras that we did not ask for
