My wife and I love it when we decide to stop at a what a burger for a bite to eat. However if it's at the drive through it's usually a little wait. But yesterday at the Copperfield location it was the worst yet!! It took them forever to get anyone's food orders out to them!! They should stop by a Chick-fil-A restaurant and see how it's correctly done!! WOW!! They are so slow!!!

I don’t know what’s been going on with the morning crew but every time I go in the in the morning it takes 10 minutes +, there’s nobody at the drive thru and the people in the back are moving slow taking their time like we don’t have to be at work too. I’m not coming to Whataburger at 6am for fun I need to get my food and get to work on time. Y’all in there moving extra slow and laughing having fun

Chilllle. Curbside does not hit. They will take 10 minutes to bring you your order and then get mad if you ask for the condiments you ordered. I just go in. Do better.

MANAGER TREVION is absolutely no help. They can't read coupons and won't accommodate when they are the app is failing. So I left food there the server with the big gap in the middle of his teeth is very rude and patronizing eventhough he was the one that could read. I won't be back and get a Manager with some balls instead of a mouse.
