Slooooooowwwwww service! Placed an order at drive thru and it took forever and then it was wrong. Had to wait longer for them to correct the order. Do better Whataburger!

New and clean location with the worst management and employees I could possibly imagine. Without fail this Whataburger has gotten at least one thing wrong with my order. For example, I don't even know how they messed up so badly, I ordered number 22, the biscuit sandwhich that comes with biscuit, egg, cheese, and the option between sausage or bacon. Tell me why I received a biscuit with ONLY sausage!? I've worked in fast food before, how do you miss the 2 ingredients, in a 4 ingredient item, that don't change? Today, I ordered a chocolate malt and received a vanilla. This wouldn't be a huge deal if I hadn't had so many other issues with my orders in the past. Not to mention, they 50% of the time give you a straw and/or napkins. I don't know if this location pays terribly or has bad management, but either way, you guys could be doing better.

Newer location looks nice and is clean, but for some reason their staff are very checked out. Not only this, but I'm sad it replaced the other one that was across the street.I got my food at 4:30 am, we are the only customers here, but between staff not noticing us because they're on their phone, and staff not making gravy that I wanted for my chicken strips, I'm very disappointed in the service here.The food was good but since I couldn't enjoy it how I wanted I cannot rate it higher than 2 stars."The morning crew will make the gravy", uh, no, I worked for Whataburger before, and you're supposed to have these items ready FOR BREAKFAST, since gravy on biscuits is a menu item for breakfast. Me having the chicken strips is irrelevant there, they're not doing a good enough job.If I was the GM or DM for this store, I'd be so disappointed to see my brand new restaurant rated so horribly. 3.1 stars? I'm not surprised. I will go to the one at 290 and Jones over this one, even though I live closer. Do better, people, for real.Edit: Maybe I'm imagining the hostility, but even just trying to get a drink has been unpleasant, one of the staff was mopping and didn't even acknowledge me needing to get past her in order to refill my drink, she even seemed frustrated with me for needing to do so. Why can't y'all be courteous? It's honestly pathetic. I'd ask for a job to show y'all how it's done but then I'd be forced to work with such unpleasant people. Majorly disappointing.

First off, the food here taste extra good, idk why lol. We usually go to the other location but might have to switch! This was our first time there, and there was a bit of confusion. I gave them my whole name and E-mail receipt. They asked if I was in the wrong location and I again, showed my receipt. The Manager on duty @ 6:15 pm cst (didn't give me her name) but asked about mine, again. And came back and said "it was under ____ that was the problem." Before I could say anything she turned and walked off w haste. Borderline rude but 1st impressions... Anyhow, the cashier was very nice and even though we didn't ask for extra straws or condiments, we got them. I appreciate that! I'm huge on Customer service and it was great for the most part. I'll be sure to have the name right next time. Even if it was like saying "I'm here for an order under Richard" and it's labeled as "Rich". Going on about the name but you would think there is a code or something they could scan instead of asking you a few questions. I know you guys don't want the lines to get backed up. Either way, Good 1st impression overall. Just a LITTLE kindness goes along way!Parking: Parking is great, has two lanes for drive thru.

Brand new location with a very different layout than the old style stores. Very bright and open. The usually tasty food options. Had a slight issue (delay) with the wife's grilled chicken sandwich order but they came out to let us know and apologized.

Literally takes at least 30 minutes to get your food and half the time it's wrong or missing an item.

Soggy fries, no matter whether they are cold, hot, overdone, or underdone. They are consistently soggy. You will wait 10+ minutes in line even if there is only 1 other customer ahead of you. This new location is the pits. 4th time to try them, and I’m out.

They are good for breakfast no problems and burgers the drive thru is better than going in they take a long time when you go inside and the last time the managers daughter was there and she was to busy trying to get her daughter order then the several other people who were waiting I got whata wings twice and both times were

To be honest I'm not a fan of Whateverburger yet I continue to attempt to give this organization a second chance! I wait 17 minutes for a cup of coffee! Imagine if a person only had a 30 minute lunch! After about 6-7 minutes I asked for my coffee and was told that they didn't have coffee! Really so why did you sell me a product that you didn't have? So I asked for my money back and was told give us a minute 10 minutes later I got my coffee, the food may be good for those who like whateverburger. Also I wasn't the only customer waiting!
