Roast duck tastes so bad compared to the last time. However, they persisted saying they did nothing wrong, took the rest of the dish back to the kitchen, and charged us with a full price. Will never come back because of the bad attitude :) denying the problem won’t make the problem disappear I hope they can understand

took my parent's to WingKee for the first time, they really liked the food. After eating we got the bill and paid cash, waiting for the server to bring back our change bc it was over $14 or so. The server came back and gave us the RECEIPT, but HELD ON TO CASH and kept saying NO CHANGE NO CHANGE. To me that is just PETTY and RUDE. My parent's said after that experience they won't ever come back

I wish I could give 0 start for what we were treated. We ordered a 2 dishes to go and since we planned to eat in the car later on, I took 2 extra small to-go boxes. All of sudden, a lady(might be the owner) just went mad and yelled at us with anger due to we took the boxes. We were so shocked with all other customers at scene. The lady then rudely grabbed the boxes from my hand with no manner and respect at all. We felt so sick by what we were treated. This place is definitely a NO-GO for anyone. There should be a better communication with respect and we could have clearly explained the reason why we need 2 extra boxes.

Before we even got our food they wanted us to pay so that they could shut down the cash register even though there was a hour before closing and other tables.Literally saw these people heating up our food in the microwave.Water in dirty cups aswell.Stay away. Disrespectful staff
