Got the wrong order and I didn't realize til id walked back to UH (where I live). Called to see what I could do, was left on hold for at least 15 mins and decided to just walk back, not knowing I needed to bring the food back. They didn't' even check my receipt, sent me away and said I need to bring the food. Like if y'all did it right the first time, I wouldn't have had to waste my time and energy walking back here. And I feel like if I got the wrong order, obviously my order should've still been up there but nobody checked. Answer the phones and this could've been avoided. I would've brought the food of course if I'd have known that's what needed to be done but again, nobody answered the phones. I work in the service industry and I know how busy it can get. I suppose if these are the rules I can't get mad at the workers, but god is it frustrating. I called twice. What a waste. Seriously. But I guess take this as a lesson to check your orders ?.

Was not pleased that I ordered a large 10 piece only to receive an 8 piece. The prices at wingstop are entirely to inflated for them to try to get over on ppl. Could have been and honest mistake but a mistake non the less. They need to do better. This costs the customers not them. Because I have never went to any wingstop location and gotten more than i ordered. This should definitely be a crime punishable by law??♂️

I ordered online and tried to call in to tell them about my order. My wings I ordered well done and the Louisiana rub wings and my other wings was sitting in grease. I couldn’t eat them and no one is picking up the phone.

My order was through Uber eats but Wingstop called me and said someone else picked up my order. She said nothing could be done. It was late, my kids and I were hungry and that was over 40$. She hung up in my face so I ended up catching a Uber there. The manager was laughing and making jokes about not taking the situation seriously. I would never go there again

Food was bussin, but I'm putting this review in for another reason. I am a student and I have been having a crazy semester. As a symptom of having a lot on my mind, I absentmindedly left my backpack at this location while picking up my food. I got all the way back to my department on campus before I realized. I called them up sounding super stressed while I was walking back to the Wingstop. To my relief, the woman at the front saved my backpack for me, storing it behind the counter !! This small act of kindness went so far for me yesterday. Lady at the front, if you're reading this, thank you so so much. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name!

The front counter workers and very rude and UGLY. Especially the old black one.I was blatantly ignored by that one when attempting to make an order, I also watched her aggressively swing the front door open nearly hitting two customers walking in. I could tell by their strong facial expressions that this behavior confused them as well. I frequent this store and the customer service is a hit or miss, guess it depends on the shift maybe? LOL the food is alright though

Do not go here I am 8 months pregnant and I went in here to get food last month I requested my fries to be well done with Cajun seasoning they ended up not making my fries well done and I had to bring them back they remade them and did not make them cajun fries like I asked so I had to bring them back again that time when I brought them back they made my fries so hard they just crumbled into pieces and they gave me credit they couldn't seem to get it right I came back today for the fries and I ordered a side of wings eight piece when I went home the wings were well done as well they were so hard they were dried out and chewy I could barely even eat them I ate one and a half the fries were made correctly this time but again the chicken was not me being pregnant and having diabetes I was starting to feel sick so I rushed home so I can eat I called in to complain about it they told me to bring the food right back me living 15 minutes away I didn't want to make the drive so they told me to save the food and bring it back tomorrow I told them I ate one and a half of the wings and I couldn't eat anymore it was just too chewy and hard they told me that because I ate on one and finished another one they could only give me back six wings and here I am eating french fries and no wings due to cost they made it clear that they could not afford to compromise or give credit they would have to have the food back so again I am saving the food and bringing it back tomorrow I do not recommend this place I went in today 1213/2023 at 10 pm and the manager was a Hispanic lady absolutely no customer service I'm so disappointed ? this store is definitely getting a review from me on TikTok and FacebookNeeds a new manager!!!!!
I went to wing stop and got the boneless wing deal, and my order was incorrect and I had to come back and get my order replaced. While there waiting on replacement order I asked for a for the inconvenience and the manager which name is Marrisa told me I had to pay $2.50 for a cup even though I’m waiting for my order to replaced, which I had to come back to Wingstop that’s 15 minutes away from me.

Tap water taste gross. Please filter that water at least. Tap water based fountain drinks are not good. That just means the ice is from tap water too. I dare the corporate office to drink that nasty tasting water themselves. Haha.

Poor service here, you can’t even get a complimentary cup of ice water with your meal. Tried to charge $2.80 for a cup of ice water. What a way to serve your guest. I won’t be back.
