3/30/24 at 9:08pm…We ordered fries only from this location. You would know it would have been a quick, right. No, we waited 20mins for fries while they continued to drop fries and add them to orders who were in the restaurant to pick up their orders. We saw over six orders of fries dropped but we were still waiting for fries only. They efficiency is not smart as the lady told them tonight which I agree with her. 9:28pm we received our fries only order. This is very ridiculous!!!!

Fries were soggy and undercooked. I requested extra cook time on the fries, and some were raw. The boneless wings were extremely overcooked. The blue cheese and ranch is still the best around, but the food is not even edible anymore.

The store manger Suzanne requires for delivery drivers Uber eats, door dash.etc to make the customer’s drinks when that goes against our policy! She told me that this is her store and she does what she wants! I will be reporting you for your unethical way of working!

it gave me food poisoning i’ve threw up mulitple times.i got a chicken sandwhich and fries threw up both fries and chunks of chicken coming out my nose.
Ordered 8 pc with fries and dr pepper..order was cold,no drink, and they shorted me a wing..bag as sealed and closed. They cannot count,spend 22 dollars total delivery..will never order from here again
