I went for the pizza tour that recently happened in Houston. I got there about 15 minutes before it started and the line went fast once it started. There was a lot for parking and street parking near by. There is a window you can go up to or you can go inside to order, but there is no dine in. I like that you're able to see the crew in action making the pizza and it seemed like such an open space. Unfortunately while getting into line, there was a worker that uncomfortably shoved me forward and was a bit rude. I understood that they were doing an event and they needed everyone to be in an orderly manner but I was not okay with being treated rudely like that and was not in a good mood for the rest of the time. I will definitely be turning around if I see him again. Food wise, I love the thin pizza since I like folding my pizza. The distribution of pepperoni is great and I like that it is all beef. The ranch that they include is a light ranch that is not too creamy. I wish there was a bit more sauce, but that is more of a personal preference. All in all, I really like that they do these events!

The crust was hard and chewy. The pizza came with ranch, which was nice, and Parm and peppers flakes. They were stingy with the pepperoni on one of the pizzas (not pictured). Also, the menu said chocolate chip cookies (plural), but we only received one. This seemed intentionally misleading. Who pays $4 for one cookie at a pizza place? It's a pizza place, not Crumbl. I don't like the writing on the inside of the boxes, but maybe some customers would think it's cute. Change the verbiage to reflect one cookie, not plural.

This location, and other locations I've had in the past, is great! The store is small and easy to get to. The pizzas are ready when they say they will be, and they taste great. Give the Chicken Teriyaki a try; it might surprise you, too.
