This store always messes up my order. They never give you a receipt so you don't know if they just got the order wrong or what. But this time I get the wrong order that's at least 3$ less than what I paid for. Last time Zaxbys ever gets my money, done dealing with your horrible employees that don't care at all

This location has fell apart. It use to be amazing. But the fries are always soggy and they always fail to put the extra Zaxby's sauce that was ordered or forget the Zaxby's sauce all together.

Waited over half an hour for a salad and 5 piece chicken fingers. They told me to wait at the side so I waited until I was the only one left. Noticed staff was idled so I walked in and saw my food on the counter.I’m hungry and not acceptable for my first order here. Maybe I’m just hangry but this is upsetting.

Always wanted to try it. This was my first time. The food had great flavor. I ordered the 3 finger tenders meal. I usually never eat toast, but that toast was so good. The chicken and fries were well seasoned and had good flavor! I will be returning!
Do not, I repeat do not come to this location!! The chicken strips were salty!! Customer service was ok but not top tier..they act a bit bougie, but looked the total opposite...never again will I spend my money. This was my first time trying them out..don't believe the hype...
