Just had the worst experience here that I've had. I pulled up about 5 min ago at 1:55am. My plan was to grab a turkey sandwich and go. I worked late and this is the quickest and one of the only places open in Hudson Oaks this late. As I tried to go in the employee (long dark haired ponytail, male. I didn't not know his name) tried to ignore me. Then when I knocked he rudely shoo'd me away with his hand and a mean look. He then said he was cleaning the floors and I could not come in. There were also 2 other gentlemen behind me that tried to go in but had no success. I thought this was supposed to be a 24/7 location. This was just an unfortunate experience. However as a manger of a business I would not continue to employee this individual. He cost y'all my money, and at least a couple others that I saw as well who were also very disappointed.

I deliver for doordash and this morning at 4am I had an order for a few items at 7eleven in Hudson Oaks. Part of the order was for items that should not have been available quite yet as they take time to cook. Your associate, Eric, saw the error and instead of dismissing it he went ahead and made the food for the customer! That’s great customer service Eric gave to not only the customer but me as the dasher! Saves me from having to reach out to the customer indicating an item would be unavailable. It’s a rare find now days that an employee takes initiative and solves a problem while ensuring his customers are taken care of. Please make sure Eric gets a huge thank you from me! His kindness and efficiency this morning was refreshing!
