So far, my husband & I have been there like 3 times. The food is always good, though I gotta say(not a bad thing at all) the burgers are big, I guess, hence the name ?. It is a bit hard to bite the burger sometimes because of how big they are, but I manage. I've had the Laredo burger , the Alpine burger(minus the bun), and the mushroom burger so far. They were all delicious. The fries are good, though I love to add chili to them, as to me, they taste better that way.The workers so far have been friendly & welcoming, polite & always seem to be in a good mood. Service has been really good. We haven't waited long for our food. So, overall, I like it. More than likely, we will keep going back.

**UPDATE 01-19**My review was heard! The owner reached out via text to apologize and offered to mail me a gift certificate - talk about customer service! He let me know that he has addressed this issue with management and all employees. Thank you, thank you, thank you!I LOVE Big Burger’s food. What I don’t love is their customer service. If your hours state that you close at 8pm, WHY are you not answering the phone at 7:45 and WHY are all of the lights turned off before 8pm with employees inside? This has happened multiple times. If you want to close before 8pm, change your hours.

First time for us. My grandson picked this place and what a great choice. The Big D classic, the Space City Egg Burger, and the Tejas Wrap are what the three of us chose and we all agreed they were all three amazing. Will definitely return. It is truly a bypassed gem!!! Stopped in based on reviews and was not disappointed at all! I had the Austin Shroom, husband had the fried egg burger and both were delicious. Fries were hot and sweet potato fries were extra yummy. Saw another patron with queso on his fries and regretted not making the same choice. Service was friendly and quick, especially for a burger that was real meat! We will definitely go again! There are plenty of burger options as well as other sandwiches and salads and the prices are reasonable.

Good burger and fries. Need to heat the burger bun, hot burger, cold bun does not make the burger better.
Our first time here and took to-go. We wanted to grab a bite before going to the grocery store and did not want a normal chain burger.If it wasn't for the bun, the burger would have been great. The meat, the guacamole, green chilies and chipotle mayonnaise... all tasted good. The tomatoes were almost white and the bottom of the buns were hard as a rock, on both burgers.Went back inside and told the lady behind the counter and all she said was "well, thanks for letting us know." Lol

Found this place on accident as there is not much for signage in this tiny strip mall. So glad that I did. Giant burger that absolutely did not disappoint, I will be back very soon!!

Service is a bit slow but staff are friendly. Burgers are done medium to medium rare, so if you don’t like pink, make sure you ask for well done.
