WHY is there a 30 minute wait for a small drink?!? I stopped in at lunch, thinking 20 minutes was plenty of time. WRONG. I had to leave because I had to get back to work. So I had to return after work to get the drink I had already paid for earlier. The return trip took even longer. And forget about calling the store; you can't. You can only call headquarters, and must wait on hold for 10 mins before you can actually speak to anyone. I will not be back.

Before moving to Texas we went to Dutch Brothers all the time. After moving here we had to seek out Dutch Brothers for their coffee and their atmosphere. These lines are absolutely ridiculous. I’ve spent so much money here and my kids and family all come and they will never come back actually. I will take my business else where. If you want to wake 30+ minutes then come here. They get mad when you don’t leave a tip also.

Honestly I do not plan to ever come back. The lines are so insane. I was in the drive up for over 30 minutes. For coffee. Make it make sense. Although the team is excellent and lined there is no reason this needs to take so long. Plus the drive up lanes are curbed and you are stuck, even if you change your mind and are over waiting.

Like the other reviews, the line is horrendous. Plus this location has 3 lanes merging into each other which is a million times worse than the locations with 2 lanes merging together. I bet I’m not the only customer who wishes DB would ditch the multi-lanes bc it creates friction amongst customers when you’ve been here longer but someone cuts you off when they ended up in a shorter lane. Also there are a multitude of employees working inside yet they take forever to make the drinks. As though all employees are working together to make just 1 drink at a time. Please DB improve your serve time. And reduce down to 1 lane or have extra employees doing traffic control.
They always make my drink right but I’m tired of waiting up to 30 minutes in line. Literally five cars cut in front of me. This is so consistent. Bye.

All of the employees are amazing, the drinks are always deliciously made, but the past few mornings I’ve gone by the employees are freezing. Apparently the heater doesn’t work, and even though they’ve mentioned it to upper management and ownership, nothing is done about it. The thermostat inside this morning at 8:30 was 52°.I gave a star review, so hopefully it flagged anyone of importance to read this.Otherwise, this is a great place to grab coffee, and all the employees are absolutely amazing and friendly!

The young ladies and gentlemen that work there are awesome people. I just thought I would try them about a week and a half ago. Wow.. lot better than Starbucks and treat you with good customer service, the carmilizer drink is awesomeParking: It's kind of hard to get to, but worth it
