Steak finger baskets are kind. They were out of gravy! Had to buy gravy from Sonic next door! That gravy was watery & tasteless! 2nd DQ this has happened at recently! How is TX devoid of gravy?!?

Great staff, great food and they even have great decorations put up for Halloween and are handing out trick-or-treat bags to the kids for Halloween. Great place to take the kids and family with a fun atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: Respectful of nut allergies and have dairy-free ice cream treatsKid-friendliness: The staff tries to make the kids and parents feel like family.

Went to Dairy Queen on 10-21 around 840 at night I just wanted to give a shout out to that very young lady. She definitely deserves a raise. I don’t know how she does it being the only one and I definitely do not understand why management won’t put two people at the front at night, you go girl and management if you’re seeing this, can you please help your workers out and put two people at night working the front so it won’t be stressful for your employees. I actually feel like that’s why a lot of your employees end up quitting to lotta stress being the only one taking the drive-through orders, making all the ice cream doing the front and heading out orders.
Good luck getting your food! This place is in front of my neighborhood and I wish I could say it's our fav burger joint but Nope. The drive thru is joke with how they pick and choose who they park. It shouldn't take 35 min to get 2 blizzards in a drive thru line. Oh and let's no forget they were also out of product. I don't usually do bad reviews but I don't think they will care because this happens every time we try and go there. Disappointing cause we love Blizzards

huffman Texas has the worst food service .I didn't ask for oil soaked steak fingers or butter soaked Texas toast. come on yall can do better and Huffmans customer service is getting worse .food is nasty I will not be back to.that place again

my coworkers and I ate there for lunch today. There was only 1 woman working. She was doing everything! Taking orders, cooking the food, bringing our orders out and there were a few ppl there so it took quite a while to even order which was 100% not her fault. I saw another woman walk out from the back probably from the office for about 30 seconds. She walked over by the drive thru then straight back to the office. Once I was already eating another guy wandered in. By this time there were about 6 customers the woman was helping and taking their orders. My coworkers and I had all ordered ice cream to get after we finished our food. Once we went up the young man was making our ice cream. The 1st coworker ordered a mini blizzard. When the employee was done making it he brought it to the counter and it fell over spilling all over the counter he scooped it back up into the cup and asked my coworker if he still wanted it or should he make another! WTF of course make another it was on the counter everyone has had their hands and purses all over. I got a large cone and he also set that down on the counter instead of handing it to me. Doesn't he understand the part on the bottom also gets eaten? Not to mention they had a table blocking the restrooms with a sign saying out of order yet the employee moved the table while we were there eating to go to the restroom. So apparently it's only out of order for customers. Also the drink machine didn't even work. I feel so bad for that one employee who was trying to keep the whole store running but shame on the management at this place and the young man who came in later for doing a shit job

This place has gone down hill! Always out of everything. How do you never have bananas or ice cream machine broke!? One youn girl gave me just vanilla ice cream, when I ordered an ice cream sundae, after having to repeat and explain exactly what it was I wanted. Not too mention wrong orders for food. Someone in charge needs to pull their head out and turn this place around. Only reason they are still open because it's the only ice cream place in a 30miles radius...
