Great little country cafe in Huffman. This is where the locals frequent. Departing diners stopping at a table to chat with their neighbors, kind of friendly. Breakfast all day, which is a plus for us. Service was fast, friendly and efficient.Food was served hot and fresh from the kitchen.

This place is awesome!! The waitress was incredible! My 4 year old daughter ordered the mini pancakes and the waitress brought them out with chocolate chip smiley faces on them! It really made my daughter happy. The food was delicious. But the best part was the price. We got a TON of food for a VERY modest price. We are a family of 4 and we all ate until absolutely stuffed to the brim for only $35 out the door!! This is probably going to be our new regular breakfast place!!

My favorite local breakfast place! The customer service is always good, lots of southern hospitality. I would definitely recommend their skillets and omelets, make sure to ask for their homemade salsa; super good!

Ordered a cheese Omelet. Almost zero cheese ? ?The server was good except that she never returned to see if the order was ok.

I stopped here with my daughter after a stressful morning. I was in the mood for a good diner style breakfast and was really looking forward to it!Well, it was okay. I should have taken pictures, but for whatever reason I forgot. I had the waffle combo and that was probably the most lackluster waffle I’ve ever had. My daughter wanted the Mickey Mouse waffle and I guess I thought it would be a regular sized waffle, Mickey shaped. It was smaller than an eggo waffle.I mean, with tip I spent right at $20… it was fine I guess. Nothing to bring me back though.Maybe I went on a tough day. ??‍♂️

A no frills hometown cafe but the food is top notch. I ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast and it was huge. So crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. It came with 2 eggs, grits, and a pancake. The grits were cooked well and I enjoyed the pancake that came with my breakfast. The eggs were cooked the way I liked. Too bad the coffee was a bit too weak for me. I guess I’m just used to strong coffee. Overall I would come back again.

Huffman Cafe is NOT located on FM 1960, it has moved a couple miles down to 24501 FM 2100, Huffman TX 77336. A friend lives nearby and said this is a great place to eat. He rated it 5 stars. I will be visiting very soon.

Today customer consideratuon sucked. If I could rate my experience at the Huffman cafe today it would be "Less than Zero" In fairness this is usually one of my favorite places to eat when I'm in Huffman. I really enjoy their breakfast menu. I know they close at 3:00 pm so I always take their closing time into consideration when deciding to go there for a meal. Today we walked in at 1:45. There wasn't any sign on the door informing the public they were closing early. Music was playing and people were eating and enjoying their food. We asked to be seated and some blonde headed bimbo informed us the kitchen was already closed. I mentioned their announced closing time was 3:00 pm. The bimbo replied " the kitchen shut down early" with no other explanation. Instead of arguing some more we turned around and left. I would never go to a restaurant 15-20 minutes before they closed and expect them to remain open for another 2 hours so I could finish a meal. Such action on my part would be rude and inconsiderate of the staff. At the same time the actions of the Huffman cafe today demonstrate that customer service and consideration is a foreign language to them. If I was the owner/ manager of Huffman cafe and had observed the actions of the blonde bimbo today I would have either resigned or fired her. My resignation would be based on my failure to train my staff. The basis for firing would be failure to follow training. I will not threaten to never eat here again. In fact I will probably recommend it to others that enjoy this type of establishment like I do. I do want to remind the people or person who controls the operation of the Huffman Cafe that business hours are a contract with the public and you need to ensure you say what you mean and do what you say.

Me son and I visited for the first time. My son had the French toast, bacon, sausage & eggs. I had the fried pork chops, potatoes, eggs & pancake. The food was good, we enjoyed it and will come back again.
