I have ordered several times from this Pizza Hut. Yesterday I called them and the girl that answered the phone was so rude stating that I had been prank calling them all day long and refused to take my order and I kept trying to order and she refused, and was extremely rude and disrespectful with me and hung up on me. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. I have complained to the corporate line and I will never feel comfortable ordering from this Pizza Hut, not knowing what they would do to my food after them acting the way they did.

I called for 16 min on the phone no answer went into the store on a Monday at 3pm and was told that they were super busy They were not was told they don't have specials either because they only have specials on Super Bowl oh should also say that they were all too busy working on a car when we pulled up I do not appreciate the nasty attitude the girl gave me and my husband we left hungry thanks

I put in a late night order that was over $100. They made sure everything was fresh, hot, correct and delicious. The delivery was quick even in the rain, Thank Y'all!!!

Ordered on the app, went to the store to pick it up and the manager angrily said if it's not on the board it is not ordered. I don't know what the disconnect was, but would have waited for it to be made if the lady wasn't so angry.

They took my money, and never delivered my food. If I could give them a zero stars, I would give them zero stars, I would give them negative stars if I could!!! I am hungry, so I ordered pizza, but I have no pizza to eat, but they have my money???? I will never order from this place again, ever, for any reason!! And will tell everyone I know to never order from this place. If you are reading this while deciding if you want to order a pizza, don't order the pizza, go somewhere else, anywhere else.

The staff is great but you guys have to fix the plumbing! I could Not breathe when I went in the grab my dinner. I cannot believe the owner is OK with the employees being exposed to that horrendous smell! Call the plumber you guys have the money!

The Manager Linda if that was really her name EXTREMELY RUDE AND IMPERSONAL!!!! There was an error on my app I tried to get assistance she was extremely rude did not want to help and made me feel like I was a bother. Luckily I figured out the error without her assistance because she was extremely dismissive and called the Dayton Pizza Hut who noticed the error and corrected right away with friendliness and no issues. Maybe he should go to Huffman and train her on being understanding and customer friendly or if nothing else teach her how to assist customers with the various forms of payment.

I would leave zero stars if it was an option. Nearly every order I have placed at this location has been incorrect or incomplete. I have continued ordering from them in hopes that they improve. However, they seem to be worsening. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone also. To provide a little insight, I always place my order online for delivery, I always leave the driver at least a 20 percent tip when I check out online. There is nothing more that I can do as a consumer to prevent their incompetence or to improve the likelihood that my order will be delivered completely.

Customer service is terrible, I order pizza there very often but the last couple of times it has been the worst, yesterday I went to order pizza but the lady that was there around 5 pm was very rude as soon as we went in she said it’s going to be about 45 minutes. I said ok I still want to order and then she stated we are having trouble with the credit card machine.again I said ok I can wait. Once she was able to take our order I said I want the special she said you need coupons for that or order on line, at that point I told my husband let’s go it’s clearly she does not want our business. She was very rude to me from the beginning. I just don’t understand that kind of customer service, so we left and went to potbelly’s. And they were great..Dietary restrictions: None at this time

New management is terrible. She was rude and completely unprofessional. After she realized I was correct and her team made a mistake, she offered to refund my order and then charged my card on file after I left. We will not be going to this location anymore.
