Please don’t eat here the employees in the kitchen they don’t used gloves everything is dirty inside the store a lot of dust everywhere managers don’t care about your safety and the food quality don’t order the drink with redbull because they just pour a little it’s better going to the gas station and buy the whole can

Horrible horrible. I waited 30 minutes to get food and still didn’t get it. The response I’m sorry we are training. So your trainees are more important than your customers. Will not go back. I saw atleast 8-10 cars come and go and I was still waiting. The black girl who answered the speaker was rude and very sarcastic of why I disnyy get my food. Do better Sonic. I hope the owner sees this review

Very nice staff, but their food leaves a little to be desired. Too often, I've gotten an order of tots and they've been soggy or actually cold. That's disappointing coming from a chain known for tots. I've ordered mozzarella sticks, only to find the whole order is just the bread shells and all the cheese leaked out somewhere other than in my order.

The manager couldn't even figure out our orders. 2 separate orders, both just under $20. Not that complicated. Because they had to remake my order the other person's order was cold cause we took out food home. Never again.
I asked for no ketchup on my burger..he confirmed it..I still got ketchup on my burger...no time to have them recook it..second time. Different sonic...so

if i could give them 0 stars i absolutely would i ordered pickle fries and buffalo popcorn chicken... didn't get my fries and they gave me bbq and didn't even sauce them just poured the sauce on the side of the container.. terrible service and incompetency when it came to my order. totally do not recommend coming here and wasting your time and money. half the stalls didn't even work either complete disaster of a location.

Stopped in for an easy dinner tonight, took it home. Went to eat and part of my order was wrong. I'm sure it was a accident. Called up and ask if I could have it corrected and was told yes. It was no issue for me I don't live far. The manager and staff were supper sweet about fixing it. They are always nice when I go there and I appreciate the heck out if it. I'm a generally grumpy person. One gentleman even offered my ice cream while I waited. I declined, but only cause I have so much in my freezer to eat. Mistakes happen. I make plenty on the daily. In my opinion it's how you fix it. And they did great ?? awesome management and awesome team.
