Don't remember the name of our server so that should say something. If you plan on coming here be prepared to be disappointed. Sent our order back three times before they got it right. Managers were not accommodating. The blonde lady manager was very phony and not apologetic when we found hair in our food. Not to mention the drinks were watered down, tasted like they hadn't changed the soda machines and was just drinking the carbonation. Food was okay, but no soap or toilet paper in womens bathroom. Had to constantly ask for our server because she rarely came to the table. Overall not impressed won't be coming back here.

We came here once for football Sunday and have been coming almost every Sunday since. Today we came for the Astro's playoff game. We had the pleasure of having server Marc, who did a great job. As busy as it was, the Mgr Danyul has been working nonstop to make sure every table(I kid you not) has been taken care of. Recommend 10 out of 10 for a great local spot!

We viaited here on yesterday to watch football and enjoy friends. Our food didnt come as ordered but a huge Thank you to the GM (or Director. Cant remember title) Daniel for going over and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable and to our satisfaction. He ensured my wings were cooked to order and flavored as requested. He personally served our bar area and got to know the customer while remaining professional and very polite. Thank you much for providing exceptional service! We will visit this location again soon!

Best wings out there. I prefer my wing on the crispier side. These are served crispy if you order them that way. The best flavor is their fever sauce. So good!

Came for a quick, casual date on a Wednesday evening. Was quite nervous due to all of the negative reviews but wanted to share my overall experience. My date was seated before I arrived, so not sure how quickly he was seated. But there was a hostess at the entrance and our waiter was attentive in the beginning. Ambiance is casual, was not crowded, very family friendly, lots of families eating with kids. Our waiter was nice enough, but was not very knowledgeable about the menu. Could not really give food recommendations but she was polite. My date had a burger and I had the boneless wings. Food was pretty good. Cocktails weren't great. It took forever for the waiter to come back to get the bill. We had to waive her down while she was cleaning tables because she did not check in again after the food arrived. There was also a lady walking around checking on ppl (manager maybe) and we asked her for the bill and she said ok but never came back lol. We sent one of our cocktails back and she did not originally remove it from the bill, we had to remind her. Pricing was very, parking was easy. Good enough experience, slightly better than I was expecting.

This place has by far left me some of the worst restaurant experiences of my entire life, came here to "enjoy" wings with my family & I was not greeted at the door, we stood there for at least 7 minutes until one of the bartenders asked if we needed to be sat. The drinks they promote are not worth the money, terrible working staff, they had bugs crawling on our booths and I allowed a manager to know but they claimed they didn't see anything. I am just at loss of words... DO NOT eat here.

I'm not sure how long this location has been open but a lot of work needs to happen. The best news is the food we ordered came out relatively quickly and was good. So the kitchen was in order. Bar staff, wait staff, hostess and manager all need serious help! We waited about 10 minutes standing at the door with 4 other groups of people to be seated while the hostess not only put tables together and move chairs around for a large arty but also had to clean the tables she brought together. The manager saw her multiple times struggling and just continued talking to people and wandering around. When we finally got seated we waited 15 minutes for a waitress to give us attention (and the other tables had same issue). We watched a bar tender stand in the same position all night just talking to 3 guys without ever pouring a drink while the bar area was full. The manager stopped waitresses with full trays of food to chat to them about ??? all the while the food cooled. The poor waitresses had no tray holders to set the large trays on so they struggled. The absolute only reason we'd go back was for the food but we'll wait a bit to see if they work some kinks out.

Went with a large group for "BOGO Tuesday" wings. The food was delicious and served quickly. Our waitress seemed new and didn't point out some specials ($3 Long Islands until 6:30), but since others in the group knew about these "off menu" deals, we asked for them. Waitress also didn't talk about BOGO wings, but once we ordered them, she knew. I would chalk her lack of daily specials up to being new because she was very nice and attentive. The food was hot and very tasty! They have more flavors than any other wing place I have ever been!

The food was great. We ordered wings to go. The staff seemed to be in training and very young. Their manager was having to correct them but I appreciated that they were there to manage them. For example we asked for bone in, the employee told us it was boneless only. I pointed to their sign showing both wing options and their manager had to correct her. Again they seem to be learning and I appreciated it. We will be back.

New manager holds to his policy regardless. New manager over Sophia who stated no ID no alcohol. OK i get that to a point. Standed outside with new manager for 15 minutes with me explaining the change is new, and to strongly enforce that we have to have an ID for drinks.nis the is a 18+ club? No. Has this been fined by TABC, according to Manger no. He stated chili's was "raided and fined" so they have to enforce ID. Fine. The irk is after we've been going here for more than a year, this is new and if we knew, we would be prepared. He treated us like we're teens trying to sneak in. Even when they grand opened with the fresh paint smell, they never asked for one for ID. I have my ID and according to TABC, if we're married, I can serve my wife a drink regardless of age. I gad TABC license for 9 years, and each year had to go through the tortureous trainings. The manager made it seem it was his corporate office making him enforce it right then, regardless of my actual ID and my wife's picture ID. It's unfortunate that this manager made his choice, as we went to another one of the 10 locations afterwards, and served me and my wife. No problem ordering and bought food. Just out of fairness I showed the manager that I am going to have to warn others the change, he walked away and said he doesn't like threats. Huh?

They can't follow simple instructions I called twice and got hung up on twice So I showed up to place my order and repeated my order 3 times and they still got it wrong and it's not the first time having an issue here . I stay 2 mins away and rather drive 10 mins away then to come to this location
