Send them back and they put a little more but now the wings are regular saucedThen they will say they you will have to pay for extra. DUH!! That’s what I originally asked for. Even the manager don’t fully understand what extra sauce is. It didn’t use to be this way.

First time customers and last time as well. Ordered a 10 wing comb for myself and a 6 wing for my wife. She tried two wings and threw it out and made a bowl of oatmeal. Dried out and couldn’t even chew the meat off the bone. I had 3 or 4 that were edible in mine but most had the same issue. Also, fries didn’t taste fresh either. $35 for only a few barely edible wings!
Food was great! They had an issue with the iced tea machine not working so that was disappointing but other than that this place is great to watch sports and eat wings!

Generally when I get wings they are good or okay. Tonight the wings tasted old, tough and poorly seasoned. The seasoning wasn't blended on the meat, but mostly in the bottom of the box. These were genuinely the worst wings I've ever had.My husband managed to eat half the wings because he was so hungry and loaded them with hot sauce. I tasted 2 and spit them out. They are far from fresh and the rest are going in the trash. I'm not a fan of wasting my hard earned money. The staff was really nice, but I won't be returning. I don't like to give bad reviews but I couldn't believe what we received.

Cool spot to stop and grab a bite .. great flavor on the wings ..We're on a low carb diet, .. but they still have some decent food options for us!Plus .. there's the TV'S all over the place .. with Sportsball of every kind!!

I called around 6pm to place a to go order since the online order had "technical difficulties." I was placing my order with a young man whom sounded distracted with other customers, when he couldn't find the hatch queso on the computer, he placed me on hold to go get a manager. After 10 mins being on the phone, he comes back to say I would have to come in the store to place my order. What?! I asked the whole order or just the queso? He insists it would have to be the whole order (my order was at least $65). I called ahead for a reason! So, I didn't have to wait at the store for my food. I informed him I was not doing that and hung up. And me going up there in-person ordering is different than me doing it on the phone how? Make it make sense. This isn't the first time this location has been disorganized. Management needs to get it together.

Got charged 5$ extra for dipping sauce for 15 wings. Since when did bdubs start charging extra for dipping sauce. We got charged for each one, none was included. Restaurants have gotten greedy.Also got a half basket of fries and 4$ for a tea. 75$ at the end of it all for two people and a less than mediocre experience. Go to big city or somewhere else.
I was treated very rudely after I talked to the manager about my chicken being raw, nobody cared. Knowing I could’ve gotten sick. The two female managers should be fired. I could’ve gotten salmonella poisoning & they said if they sell raw chicken they would be of business. Not ma’am I love Buffalo Wild Wings this is the first location I’ve been to that sold me raw chicken. I feel super disgusted not knowing I ate raw chicken. I ordered really late & it was dark, I started eating in my car so I didn’t see the blood. However I noticed the texture was soft . Once I got inside of my home I checked & my wings was bloody. I already ate a few not knowing, I feel so disgusted. I ordered after midnight I was too tired to call in & complain meanwhile I was dealing with at home issues at the same time. The little female managers is unprofessional and the GM Christine needs to fire them & hire more professional people.
