My deception is that I was looking for Cajun food. The name says "famous cajun food". Instead, it is all chinese with most of the dishes with hot pepper. They are selling the name only. The employees did not know what to answer when I asked about it. Food is average.
I love the flavors of the bourbon chicken and it goes great with lo mein noodles and fried rice. They give great quality for just $6.95. You can get one meat and two sides. The food was on point! It was a combination of Cajun food and Chinese food.

The food was okay, but the bourbon chicken was tough, stop using all breast meat, trying using some thigh meat, it is more juicy and tender. After cooking that breast meat too long it gets tough.
