I normally eat at this location but today was my last day eating there. When I sat down to eat my food I noticed a small screw inside of the sandwich bag. If I hadn’t glanced over while eating my sandwich I could’ve swallowed it, this was very unacceptable. Do better!

My girlfriend ordered a chick-fil-a sandwhich this evening which came with a surpirse in the packaging. A piece of screw was literally inside the wrapper with the sandwhich. CFA is a well know restaurant and never would I have thought that something like this would happen. This is unacceptable and disgusting. Be aware of this location because you'll never know what you'll find in your meal. It will definitely be the last time eating here.

The food at Chick-fil-A in DeeBrook Mall is amazing and its always fresh whenever I go to play call of duty mobile on my tablet with a controller ? and I always choose Chick-fil-AAs a snack while gamingDietary restrictions: They have a sign that talks about allergies and it honestly makes me feel better because at least they care about what they're going to hand someone in case of a medical emergency

I ordered a spicy deluxe with no tomato. My sandwich came with no lettuce. I went to go get the lettuce added and they charged me 22 cents for the lettuce that I put on a credit card. It turns out they gave me a regular spicy sandwich and most likely charged me for the cost of cheese. In addition to the lettuce charge I probably over paid. No way of knowing since I never got the original receipt.

I always have had good experiences with chick-fil-A but this time the employee's were not attentive to customers, very low energy atmosphere. They were just standing there talking to one another didn't provide with or offer any ketchup or napkins. I think they need to do better.

The food is good. Customer service is good, but the curbside service is slow! I placed an order at 10:09 a.m. and it wasn't brought to the car until 10:23 a.m. I should have gone through the drive-thru! I love Chick-Fil-A, so of course, I will be returning, but I will either do walk-in or drive-thru. Good Luck, curbside customers!

Just wanted to get a chicken Sandwich on my 30 minute lunch break Line wasn't really busy, still took half an hour. My entire lunch break to get a chicken Sandwich and fries.
