I’m usually scared of ordering Uber eats because sometimes things are missing in my order but guys i got their vanilla cold brew and it was so damn good y’all! I love iced coffee and this one was made from love because it was amazing, and as always the Cinnabon was really good. Whoever was working making coffee yesterday really outshine !

I order online and payed but when i get to the store They tell me they don't have my order and that I have to get something that's already ready in the boxes and that they are not making anymore of the minis this is the 2nd time, not liking this someone need to get Fired.If you're not gonna do your jobI know what online order is do u

My son is a picky eater but he likes cinnamon rolls...especially here. It's a tasty mall treat. Love the cream cheese frosting & lemonade. But I'd advise eating immediately. If you decide to take it home, the rolls harden up & just don't taste good reheated.

A few years ago I got the shock of my life at the Deerbrook Mall location when I realized they had changed their product and the way they are made...First I couldn't smell the insane scent and thought perhaps they were no longer there. When I chose the rolls I wanted, I was told those were display only! They then proceeded to pull out other rolls, plop something on top & stick them in a warmer and box those up. At home I realized I could have made these myself. This change coincided with them franchising out to other small eateries, thus offering this quick method of preparation. NOT THE SAME ANYMORE!

Was horrible service, I went to the counter (I was the only one there) and the 2 girls were at the cashier both on the phone and none of them would attend me until one of them finished with whatever she was doing on her cellphone. I should of know right then and there to leave. I got my Cinnabon and when I bit in to it, it was hard and tasted old. I was annoyed already as well so I just threw it away. I used to love this place but now it’s horrible service and quality, stay away. There was no one ordering for a reason.

My husband went to Cinnabon today and they didn’t have pre made boxes of their famous box if 6 large Cinnabon, which usually cost 18.00. They wanted to charge him double 36.00 for a fresh box, really! They should be pretty fresh anyways, when you run out, you make more, what a concept.

There was 2 long hairs in my Cinnabon at first I thought it was mine but then I opened the middle part with my fingers and I felt another long hair. I am disgusted I wish I could get a refund!
