I'm annoyed that they delivered my online order 1 hour early. I placed an online order yesterday, because I knew that I wouldn't be able to call it in today and I selected delivery because I knew I wouldn't be able to pick it up. It caused the PTO staff an inconvenience to have to go pick up my kid's GF pizza just because Domino's showed up an hour too early. I'm just a mom who was doing the best I could to come through for my kid, and I really needed Domino's to deliver this pizza at the time that I specified.

VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walked in at 10:45am to order a few pizzas for an employee luncheon. The Dominos employee stated he had too much going on and refused to take my order. There were no other customers, but he told me to go order online. I politely took my business to the Pizza Hut around the corner where my business was appreciated and i received excellent customer service from Pizza Hut.

We literally got our pizza in 4 mins! Apparently, they have system than allows them to see and start preparing orders being placed. Also helped that our delivery address was close by. Yummy pizza cooked perfectly.

Whoever made order 138 on 6/8, YOU PUT YOUR HEART AND SOUL INTO THIS PIZZA. it was the best Alfredo pizza I've ever ordered from yall. It was just the right amount of sauce and cheese, and it seemed like it had more fetta chunks than usual? But it might not idk but one thing I do know is you are amazing. Thank you for your service

My dominos app wasn’t allowing me to order my food, and I was trying to redeem my free pizza. When I came to the store the manager Zach tried to help me with the app, but the app still wouldn’t let me order. Zach apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that I still get my points and a free pizza. The employees there were very polite and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I truly recommend this store. They acknowledge every customer as soon as they enter the building. They are very polite
