I pulled up to this location in lane 1 and when I pulled in, there were only 3 vehicles in line and one was getting its order from the employee. I was in line as vehicle #3 waiting patiently when a woman pulled in to lane 2 and basically cuts me off and even though I’m honking and letting the employee know that I was next she still proceeds to take the ladies order. By this time there are like 5 people behind me and she skipped everybody. So I ask for a manager and Tucker comes out and tells me that there are 2 lanes open and we can choose whatever line is shorter. He also mentioned that this is their corporate policy and all Dutch brothers locations follow this rule. My opinion is be like Chicfila and if you have 2 lanes open, have 2 people taking orders to avoid any issues but I guess that’s to much like right. Mikayla who was the employee should’ve managed the line better since she seen who all was in line. She could’ve taken everyone’s order in the order they arrived. This is something they definitely need to improve on ! ! !

Love coming here for my morning coffee - always get the iced mocha with oat milk. The girls there are always so nice and make my drink perfect!
Ordered a large strawberry chai latte w sufrió No ice and this is what was given. I never been at a dutchbros where they don't serve it all the way yet charged me full Priced. This is fully disappointing and I'm Never coming here again not at this location. Waited too long to get a bs drink and then when I said something they said they would need to refund me and make me the drink again. Why wasn't it Made correctly and honestly did I say my order wrong ? Cause why did this happen ? Bad service

Man I wish that the cashiers wouldn't flip the screen to you and ask to give a tip.Honestly, if the service is great and they weren't asking me for a tip, I'd give one.So let me give yall a tip, pay your employees more so they don't have to constantly ask for tips ?But aside from that, the coffee and drinks are decent
