I gave Flappys a 3 only because they are inconsistent. Some days they're open and some days they're not. But the burgers are amazing!!!I've driven 30 minutes for a Flappys burger just to find out that they're closed. The online hours said they were open though and another time they ran out of hamburger meat. I would give up on them but they are good.

The wings here are absolutely delicious, and definitely one of my favorite wing places around. Perfect size, flavors and crunchiness. I've ordered from here three times and would recommend!

Hamburgers were good but I prefer my veggies in top of my meat because the bread gets soggy fast and I eat slow...the lemon pepper wings were good...

I love supporting small businesses, and this place has been on my list to try for a long time! The wings were absolutely amazing, super fabulous! My friend ordered a burger however didn’t get the right burger but we were already at our destination when we realized and didn’t bother to go back. He enjoyed his burger but said there was a bit too much sauce which made the buns soggy. However, all of our fries were soggy and warm however soaked with seasoning. Definitely willing to give this place another shot, but I would recommend their wings 100%!

Big beautiful looking burger with zero seasoning and no flavor. I'm so pissed because the burger alone was $10. I don't even like a lot of seasoning on my food but this patty taste like water. I would've never paid that much for a burger but had been wanting to try this place for over a year. Not impressed with the big flavorless burger. I could have made a better homemade well seasoned burger at home. For $10 I was expecting the best burger of my life. Also I called 4 times to place my order beforehand and no answer straight to vm. I decided to just drive there taking a chance not knowing if they were open. Called and they picked right up. So looks like they only answer if the see a car present. And no they were not busy there was no customers there when I got there, one car pulled in when I was leaving. Considering that there are barely any customers there I'm not sure why they barley answering the phone.

Y'all need to do better! I have been waiting over an hour for 4 pieces of fish, 8 shrimp, 6 wings, and 2 egg rolls. Multiple people pulled up after me, received food an left. Why am I here still? I requested a refund and they rushed right out, I tried to support but this is extremely poor customer service.
Massive delicious burger!!Randomly order a burger from Flappy's and I can honestly say this is the best burger I've had in 10 years!It was delivered hot and fresh and the presentation is excellent.

I traveled from West Houston to Humble to try them out after seeing them on Facebook. I called to place an order, I wanted to know if they sold catfish. If they didn't offer catfish, then I would have just gotten a burger. A worker rudely hung up the phone in my face. When I tried to call again, my call was forwarded straight to the voicemail. Customer service could definitely be improved.

Excellent customer service! They quickly greeted me at my car with a mask on, without my promoting for assistance. They have an awesome large print menu easily viewed from the car to assure curbside ordering and delivery in the parking lot. Food was served hot and fresh! Excellent portion sized items! I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the burger & awesome fries portion.

I will say that we was worried since it was our first time but wow!!! We ordered lemon pepper, creole wings, and a texas bbq burger. Real beef yeees. The lady thst took care of us was friendly, doubed check the order with a smile and correctly brought it out to us. Everything I mean everything was hottt and fresh and that is a big plus for me!!!:) l wil be back you can count on it. Thanks guys.

Just went all way the from sugarland to Katy just to try flappy's. It was a very good experience. Really enjoyed all the four burgers we ordered. First of all the place was so clean which is a big point for me to dine in anywhere. The ambience was great.Their food was awesome it tasted great and was so fresh. Meat quality was very good. Their service was very good. And in the end we had such an excellent fresh meetha pan! The best meetha pan i have tasted so far here.. Will be visiting them quite often now.
