Had dinner on Valentine's Day and the place was absolutely dead. At one point during our meal, we were literally the ONLY people in the place at 6PM. The food was tasty, not including the long black hair that was in my potato wedges. Other than that, it was fine. Somehow I didn't even see it until my wife pointed it out from the other side of the table. By then I had eaten most of my meal. We hadn't been here in years! I thought they had closed down years ago, but since other nearby places were full on Valentine's Day we ventured over here and found it open and empty!

After reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous to have lunch here. However, it was DELICIOUS!! Everything was fresh and hot. I will definitely be eating here again. Tastes like the other locations I’ve been to.
We had boycotted this location due to terrible experiences for about a year. We would drive across town to another location any time we were craving a brown sugar bacon burger and wedge fries. However, that location closed completely and so we gave the Kingwood location another chance. We have been here 3 times since then and all 3 times they had all of our food in stock and the drink machine was working. There are still a few employees who need more training, but the Managers have been super friendly and helpful. I'm glad this location is getting it's stuff together!

We went there on a Sunday afternoon and I was shocked at how dirty it was. Most of the tables were littered with used food containers. When we found an empty one, it was clear that it hadn't been wiped down. The cooks and the person who takes orders were very busy. They need to hire an additional person to keep the place clean. There is no excuse for a filthy restaurant.
