Whereas the product tastes good, the designs leave much to be desired. Also, the delivery is a joke. I'm out the delivery and tip and they never showed up to pick the order up much less have it delivered around the requested time. They never pick up the phone so you can't get in touch to check the status of you order or figure out how to get refunded. Very disappointed overall
On Saturday morning I visited the location on the second floor at Deerbrook Mall. There were quite a few customers but both the workers and what I was told was the manger were moving quickly to serve customers. When it was my turn, Javi, which I found out was the manager was telling us the promotions, was patient, and very friendly. Even separated our cookies to accommodate us. Javi was helpful, contributed to helping the customers, and provided great customer service.
