They have made some changes at this location with staff & customer service. Change in a good way I must say.Previous visits after hours the staff would shut down, but was inside or sitting outside in car & not attending to customers. Today at 2:45 AM my husband came through drive through & received great service from the manager & staff.

This location is horrible. The staff is rude, the food taste stale and we saw a roach run right across the counter right where the drive thru employee was... I really wish there was a better location closer... we drive a little further for better service/

no matter which way you order from here it takes forever to get pushed out. i have been waiting for 2 hours for my order and in those 2 hours they’ve only given 4 other cars their food. this isn’t the first time this happened either and their lack of speed and terrible customer service is getting old. they need to clean house and hire new management and staff

If I could give a 0 star I would. Waited in drive thru after paying for 45 minutes. Food came out and was not what I ordered. Staff claimed they could not give a refund because they don't know how to. Food was not hot after waiting so long. Very disappointed. Inside was closed but they are supposed to be 24 hours.
the food okay. but the people there are so dang rude. literally almost waited for the dude taking my order to get off since that what made him so happy. but won't ever be back to such establishment

Order messed up, hurried up to take my order, fries were not full and just overall an underwhelminig experience. Seems to be a pattern in Jack in the Boxes now with several visited. Plenty of other choices out there for them to not try to be better.
