Our family has been eating at Jade Palace since 1979. The food is top notch and our absolute favorite. Egg rolls are the best, moo goo gai pan, won ton soup, sweet & sour pork and the BBQ spare ribs is our go to family order. We live in Tomball and make the drive just to have this food.

I will preface this review by saying that this restaurant makes the best eggrolls in town. I have yet to be disappointed. I have been to this location since 1994, when I moved to Humble. Usually, I would dine in, but now I’m calling to pick up and take out. When the phone is answered, it’s usually met by an Asian lady who is older and very curt in her responses. There is no sense of friendliness or warmth in her voice. If you ask a question, it’s usually met with a very sharp response. I wish this restaurant would modernize and allow online ordering to avoid this person altogether. But then you have to pick up your order, and she’s usually there and again, no smile, no warmth, nothing. There is a younger Asian woman who does work there that makes up for it. I only hope to see her when I pick up my food, but it’s rare, or I’m just unlucky.

I’ve been coming here since I was a very young kid as far back as I can remember. The food is always consistent. I have never taken it to go except for left overs because it deserves to be eaten fresh. The wonton soup is my absolute favorite followed by the ribs.

I ordered 3 orders of shrimp egg foo young. They need to get the original older cooks that know what the he'll they are doing. What I brought home to my family didn’t compare to the original Jade Palace. Jade Palace is ruined forever. I’m not a put something in my stomach to take away hunger…the taste and consistency has to be there!

I’ve been going all my life, and my mother all of hers. It’s a great place that we’ve grown up with. I love the food, and the staff.
I am sorry to say our meal tonight was AWFUL! We used to eat there all the time several years ago, and it was always so good. We have eaten there twice lately and sorry to say we won't be going there again. Our fried rice was burned and the hot and soup tasted like gravey with burned chunks in it. The entrees we ordered all tasted exactly the same. Sorry ? we lost this place to eat.

I Liked the Chicken fried Rice.. I Enjoyed Our Company more..?The Staff were so Tending to Us, we were invited to Eat with Family who are Regular Customers, it was my first Time ?
I'm so sad that I recieved food the way I did. I had a take out order. The lid of the container melted onto the food causing everything to spill and leak. Whole meal was ruined. And the entree had hard black bits all in the food. After eating here for over 20 years, I won't be coming back ☹️
