After a few years of not eating KFC. because is non around we live, we got a awful chicken. I request crispy, got something soggy. Burn. To spend time (1:30 min) for this back and forth to the house.U don't have a costumer no more. We use to love this chicken. Also expensive. Was for 2 peoples.

I'm very sad to share this story with you guys but KFC food is on point but the bathroom service is just not there. No waiter came to help me wipe my butt i really needed it. I saw a few poops on the walls and floors. i Threw up because i saw a rat pooping in the toilet or drowning but brown stuff was coming out to so i threw up all over myself and the toilet i was embarrassed leaving the kfc but kfc i'm warning u get some bathroom waiters please OH and there were turtles all over the place.

I ordered two of the mashed potato chicken nugget bowls in the drive thru, I was asked to pull to the front and told it would be right out. 15 minutes later I finally got my order. Returned home and started eating,only to bite into a very sharp piece of bone that cracked one of my teeth and stabbed me in the gums. Ultimately, this $16 mediocre food that I didn't even finish eating is going to cost me a tooth and a trip to the dentist.

Ordered 3pc Big box chicken, very disappointed. Small portions and not very good tasting. I would recommend going somewhere else if you want good chicken.I wish I would have read all of the negative reviews before spending my hard earned money here. Never will I go here again!!

Honestly the food wowed me and last time I had KFC was years ago but perfect place for a date but I will say the chicken was a bit hard but those wraps are just so freaking ?? canes ain't got shi on KFC wraps.

The cashier at drive thru on 12/30/23 @ 8pm female Ryan, had a bad attitude with bad customer service. Kept rolling her eyes and tapping hard with her crusty fake long nails at the screen when she had to fix our order. She didn't even say "Thank you" when she gave us our food.

Today between hours of 6pm - 6:40pm I ordered an 8 piece witg two Lg sides, and 4 biscuits. I asked for all legs and thighs, only. I was in a rush due to a sick child in car so I did not get to check order before leaving the drive through, as I normally do. Get to destination and find I did receive all sides, but there were 3 miniature (literally) broken wings, 2 huge breast pieces, 2 thighs, and 2 legs. And yes, I am completely aware there was an extra piece of chicken, but the order was not my expectation. The chicken was supposed to be crispy but was semi-crispy and soggy. I tried calling this location but no one ever answered. I was very disappointed in my order from this location when I have never had a bad experience here.

It was horrible. We waiting outside for our food because there was an apparent wait on the biscuits. We waited longer than 30 minutes until I went inside. The workers looked so confused. They asked me for my receipt but they didn't give me one when I payed. As the worker was placing the items in the bag she kept telling me that she didn't know what she was putting in there, that she was just putting stuff in. Never will go to that location again.

I went to the kentucky on Fm1960 bypass I dined in all the tables had greese on them and food I got done eating had to use the rest room the rest room looked like a gas station rest room it was slick nasty I couldn't use it I lelf lids all on the soda station it was a hot mess

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Food took forever, in the time I was in the lobby waiting, at least 3 or 4 people came in from outside that were waiting for their food complaining about waiting time. One guy asked for some sauce and the workers started acting like they did not know what to do in such a situation. It did not seem to be short staffed so not sure what the problem was. Food was not good neither. Would not recommend. 0/5 stars, never coming back.
