This place was trash, food was horrible crawfish trash sausage trash ….. my first time but will never go back then after placing your order we waited over an hour to receive our food…… really deserve no stars very disappointed. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that the workers be clean up the whole restaurant bussin table and everything without changing there gloves go grab your food with the same damn gloves on that they just finished cleaning in

This was a great disappointment. $56.00 worth of cold and squishy crab, the potatoes were not cooked through! Me and my daughter ordered the #1 king krab. I'm not sure what changes they have made or why, we are frequent customers and it's sad to say it has gone downhill. Enough that I have given up, today was the straw that broke the camels back. Good bye Krab Kingz.

Alright people, I've tried ALL the crab boil restaurants in the Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita area and this is the ONE. The others are just alright imo and usually have one or two big misses that keep me from coming back (i.e. value, quality, cook, flavor). Krab Kingz fired on all cylinders for me. Flavor was on point. Crabs were sweet and tasted very fresh. Cook was perfect. Meat slid straight out of the shells (if you know the technique ?). Did not need cracking tools. All at a reasonable price. Very satisfied and will return.

Went there ordered my food , I received everything but my 2 orders of fried pickles. When I went back up to the front and bought it to the young lady attention she told me we are out of fried pickles. So I proceeded to ask for myMoney back, and she told me that she wasn’t able to do refunds I would have to leave my phone number and the manager would contact me. It’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a call or anything. And every time I go or call it’s never a manager there. I would highly not recommend this place at all . I recorded the young lady telling me I wouldn’t get my money back and I wouldn’t get my food , so I am currently in the process of filing a police report for theft of service

If there was a negative star - I would give it negative 10 stars. We get there at 6:20. There was 1 person in front of us. They FINALLY took our order at 6:45!! They told our family it would be an hour!!! With it being Valentine’s Day we figured wherever we would go would be bad so we decided to stay. They actually brought our food out and in less than 30 minutes. A head of other people that had been waiting when we arrived!!We were told when ordering they didn’t have any chicken, corn, seasonings and ranch dressing !! Food was going to take an hour they could have sent someone to the grocery store to get everything in that amount of time!!The food is not worth the wait at all!! We didn’t even finish our food!!The rest of our family was still waiting for their food when we left at 8:10!!!While we were there another lady went up to the counter and threw a justified fit!! She had been waiting for TWO HOURS and her food still wasn’t ready!! Like she said it was horrible planning on their part!! I mean this is one of the busiest nights of the year!!The absolute worst part of all this is that they were not slammed! When we got there there were only THREE other families there!! When we left there were 7!! That is including ours!!I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Matter of fact I truly wanted to tell the people entering when we were leaving to turn around and go somewhere else!!

The food had great flavor, and the staff was friendly. The only thing was the crab was either overcooked a bit which was okay. It was just hard to get the meat out of the shells. I would still recommend this place and go there again.

The experience was frustrating and unnecessary. The prices are high with not enough quantity in food served. I ordered snow crab and lobster for $40. The crab was small and lobster was a decent size; I expected more for the $$. The food was tasty, but they need to do a better job of being organized. Do not order the daiquiri. It tasted like a NyQuil icee. That was the worst $13 on a drink I’ve ever spent. I’m skipping this spot going forward.

My family and I ate there for my daughter's 12th birthday. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The food was great,although I had the original snow crab it was still too spicy for me and I was not able to eat it. My daughters both had the lemon pepper seasoned snow crab, the was way too much lemon pepper and the crab was drowning in the sauce. The fish was fresh and tasty, as well as the fried shrimp.
