We were all greeted with warm tasting donuts while we wait for our orders to be taken. They were a little busy and seemed like they needed a little more organization skills but overall the customer service was great. The 4 star for atmosphere is due to the sticky floor and the 2 ladies one at the counter that checked me out and the other by the window didn't seem to be getting along. In my professional opinion, they need to learn how to work on hiding their grievances.Parking: Plenty parking spots available

Yesterday 4-15-24 they had a promotion (TAXBREAK) and the manager didn’t wanted to apply the code to my purchase. I was showing her my phone and she didn’t wanted to read it or look at it and all she said was “I know my job” she was very rude and disrespectful. I would never come back to this location at least until they announce “under new management”

So we live in Houston Texas we went all the way to peatland just to try there doughnuts 1 hour it was so worth it first when we got there we meat the cashier she was so politely and nice we got all our doughnuts 6 and a coffee for me me and my dad and mom LOVED THE DOUGHNUTS they were so delicious we got 2 more glazed and I got 4 doughnuts for all my A we left with a smile the best placeKid-friendliness: They were so nice to me and they were very polite they left hats around for kids

Went here a few days ago and the lady at the register was rude. I had rewards, and there was some difficulty scanning and getting to it. She basically just dismissed me, saying "it's not working, I don't know what's going on, but yeah..." and just walked off and began chatting away with the other employee sitting down at a table. I left pissed off, because number 1, the service was trash, and #2 I didn't get my donuts which were clearly on my account.Previous experiences weren't so bad. The glazed donuts and cream filled were delicious! Will definitely come again, I just hope the staff gets their act together.
