After work I was had the urge for a sweet treat. I saw a new place that had opened up across the street from my apartment off 59N & 1960 which turned out to be an Ice Cream parlor called La Michoacana Fundadores. They offer a large selection of delicious, imaginative, fresh and flavorful Ice Cream. I chose one of my favs a Banana Split. Amazing flavors and great variety of them. If your Mexican or Latino you’ll really appreciate some of the flavors like gansito, chocolate abuelita, chamoy, etc. Chips with queso and corn are bomb. Aguas frescas are fire. Everything we had was on point. Kids loved their fruity pebbles cereal ice cream. Staff was very friendly and attentive. This is definitely our new spot that we’ll be frequenting often.
