The chicken is awesomely great! I would have given five stars but the cleanliness of the store is sketch. Despite this I have gone back several times and will continue to go back because the fried chicken is just too good to pass up. I'm a Popeyes fan when it comes to chicken but this place is sooo much better than Popeyes. I'm glad it's not near my house cause I would be tempted to eat there everyday.

Food & possibly the manager named James was great! He was kind and changed our fries, bc he saw me and my friend had spent a long time chatting in the dining room. He was very friendly and attentive. I hope he's recognized for that!

Tuesday is Special they say! Lol. Seem to like eating at Lousiana's for fried food over Popeyes. Seems like time effort cooking! Also depends on the store and cooks. Every location are not the same. But anytime I'm around here I will come back to eat.

The worst!!! Showed up 20 minutes to closing and was told they were closed because they "ran out of chicken". I stated I didn't come for chicken and was then told by the gentlemen they ran out of everything! So they went from no chicken to no food in 2 seconds. If you trying to go home early and get paid for the full shift just say that!

I specifically asked the Hispanic lady that took my order for fresh okra & fish please. And I didn't get fresh food. Tired of old food from this place. Done.

Me and my mother just ate here is the best took us back to home back in Chicago Time and Louisiana time all of the food taste wonderful everything was fabulous we look forward to eating here again

The food taste like the oil wasn't changed. The establishment is filthy and I found a bug on my dinner roll. 100% would not recommend. Never eating here again.
Ive been looking for my favorite employee to find out that she hasn't been working for a while. Where is Michelle? This young lady was very polite and very helpful in resolving an issue with my order. The last time I was there the young guy didn't give me a utensils or napkins to eat with, nor did he apologized for his mistake. Bring back Ms.Michelle.

The food is always on point but the customer service is terrible not always bit the guy who is in the day shift is terrible at customer service I asked him to give me 2 chicken sandwich deal that comes with regular side that i wanted fries and i said one extra side (coleslaw) first he didn't gave me any side and the way he was talking to me it was like I have taken is money or what then I asked him that you didn't gave me side he gave me but again wrong 2 coleslaw and 1 one fries and refuse to correct any thing.

I had the fish 2pc Dinner and a gumbo. It was good, but not great. Just did not have authentic taste that I was expecting. I will try it again after the crazy pandemic is over and hope to be overwhelming with flavor.

Their food is good but their customer service SUCKS!! If I get something for delivery, and you forget to send part of my order, telling me "You can come get it" and "Oh well, I don't know what you're going to do" is not what you tell your customers. I really like eating their food, but I will use the other one on Atascocita from now on. Foods good, but you really need to work on your customer service. I will not recommend this store to anyone.
