Main event was usually our go to date night place but yesterday was horrible! Although the food was awesome it did take quite long to get to us considering the fact that there wasn’t too many people in the dining area. Most importantly though our waitress was no where to be found while waiting to take our order coming out from the play area seemingly to be playing instead of tending to her tables. She just had a bad attitude overall, when we were already upset about waiting so long.

I came on a Thursday night and had a very interesting night (in a positive way).My date and I came just for the arcade aspect, and since the site isn't the most informative, Main Event's arcade works like Dave & Buster's where you get a card that you load up and it's always never enough for the money you decide to spend. Which would be okay if there was as many options as a Dave & Buster's or Cidercade, but there is still enough to enjoy an hour or two. Even better that it is not at all busy after 8pm on a Thursday.The man at the front with the kiosks was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. And the man working the prize area was equally incredible to us. Give them a raise! ?️ Also to note, D&B's is good about having prize options for adults to enjoy but Main Event had very few and is generally geared towards just kids.The actual interesting part of the night was when I was locked out of my car for the first time. Apparently Geico will not service you at midnight (or I got unlucky) and suggested to call the police. Well, I didn't have to call because another lady was locked out too and apparently called them.This was legitimately the nicest police officer to ever exist and had a buddy with a tow truck pull up for free to open our doors. Shout out to this cop whose name I should have gotten! Not to mention, he is buddies to who I assume was the closing manager, who came out to see make sure everything was okay.Even before this cop pulled up, a group of guests who had came out of Main Event tried to help/give advice on what I should do. It's clear that everyone associated with this place is only good vibes and the entire time - as a short girl in the middle of the night - I felt very safe. I'd come back for the people alone.TLDR; fun, fantastic employees, great police officer works the area, safe parking lot/area

Me and my husband called at least 6 separate times on 4/12/24 and 4/13/24 trying to get an answer to some questions we had but never got an answer until the last call at 7:41pm on 4/13/24 a male picked up the phone screamed as loud as he could "WOW!" into the phone and then hung up. Straight up unprofessional service and childish worker! Don't need any questions answered because I simply won't be coming here for mine and my daughters birthday after all. Thanks for nothing.

We were meeting my daughters boyfriend for the first time. It was really quite and awkward. But due to our server being amazing and outgoing, he helped lighten the mood and drinks, food, and service was a1. My beers came out quick, while my wife gave me attitude about drinking, Wardo helped lighten the mood by joking about it. He made my wife laughed, and we had an amazing time. Thank you Wardo!

Omg. Where do I start? This is my second time here, and the time before was about a year ago. So I really didn't know my way around or how to get the best bang for my buck. The manager inside the restaurant area came outside to the kiosks and assisted me with booking a bowling reservation. He also went out the way of confirming wait times. Then my server Wardo was great and attentive. He walked me through the menu and showed me his favorites and broke down how the food and play worked and showed me how to save money whole eating and playing in the arcade. I appreciate that so much. Also, just the overall service, I never had to ask for a drink, he was very entertaining and personable. If, no when I come back, the only server I want is Wardo. Thank you Wardo!!!

Some games are messed up. Staff just blows you off. Bowling is all kinds of messed up. Paid for the all-day all you can play just to get told in the middle of a bowling game that we are out of time. They have a party coming. I won't be back.
It was fun the atmosphere was pretty good people were just having a good time. My complaint is that. It seemed like most of the games were broken in some way. Especially the ones you would like to play with your friends.
