Don't bother ordering delivery unless you want to wait for hours to get your food. I ordered 1 Large pizza at 11:45am. Said it would be delivered by 12:20. It's 1:15pm now and STILL has not been delivered. I have to leave my house at 1:30pm to be somewhere and the pizza I'm sure will now be delivered to an empty house. Would not have even bothered ordering if I knew it would have taken so long. What a waste.

Let me just start by saying, I tried to give this specific place the benefit of the doubt multiple times and each time they have been a BIG LET DOWN LITERALLY!!! Now before I get into my review Marcos pizza use to be one of my fav pizzas chain but not anymore!! So lets get started, I wish i could give this location ZERO STARS But First off you would think upon entering the building they would acknowledge you but NOPE! Their customer service here is none existent. You have people standing around doing UNSANITARY things not washing their hands after touching everything they encounter, Flies all over flying around and much more! The employees are not friendly and rude! SO EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! STAY AWAY!

My wife ordered our lunch today at Marcos pizza (our usual go to pizza spot) and I was absolutely shocked and disappointed. As I walked in I wasn’t greeted as we usually are with a “Welcome to marcos!”, Instead all I was hearing was coughing. Meanwhile hearing the coughing I walk up to the counter to see the woman working behind the counter coughing over a pizza she was cutting that just got out of the oven. Following that she proceeded to come over and introduced herself as Faith, (with no emotion and wasn’t really welcoming) and proceeded to give me my pizza and didn’t even bother washing her hands after wiping her nose and mouth after coughing. (Over the previous pizza) Ultimately I paid for the pizza and left me and my wife did not eat it due to the fact we don’t want to get sick and who knows if our pizza was contaminated as well. Usually the costumer services are good and fast paced with great pizza none the less, this definitely won’t deter us from going aging it was just a huge disappointment!

Had a taste for some pizza looked at the reviews and decided to give it a shot. First time customer. Ordered on line and followed up with a phone call to verify receipt. I was told they'd started and it would be ready in 10. Took 15 minutes to get to the location. Walked in and was told they were having to make the pizza over as they'd left off the requested black olives. Informed counter person I was a first timer and was simply told, "I'm sorry." No drink while you wait nothing. Will give another shot sometime in the future as everyone makes mistakes but I'm in no hurry with there being other restaurants in the area to try out...

Oh wow I was in the location earlier today and I was greeted by the most awesome and friendly member of management, I believe her name is Faith⭐️‼️ The manager knew what was best to feed a small but large crowd for pizza. Faith, taking my order efficiently was polite and helpful all in one. That's wasn't the best part, she even made my pizza ? for me and the Best part is the pizza ? was freaking amazing with the suggestions Faith made. I was impressed, my party could not believe this was Marco's Pizza because a lot of people has not have the chance to sample Marco's. It is a quality over quantity pizza, this is not Little Ceasar so keep in mind when ordering. I do recommend this location for Marco's pizza ?. I do want to thank Faith for being so helpful and making the best Pizza I have had in a very long time. I do recommend this store for the best Pizza in Atascocita. Go Visit with your family, whether it is take out or delivered you will not be disappointed ? ??‼️Vegetarian options: Marco's has a Garden pizza, which I order with white sauce and the Parm Garlic and Romano, if I'm nor mistaken, ramono cheese ? crust. OMG THEE BEST ?‼️Dietary restrictions: Always ask just in case but Marco's has Cauliflower crust as well.Parking: Good to pick up due to the parking lot is not too full, which I have only picked.up several times from this location and each time I found parking. Evidently they have cut their hours yet haven't changed this information on anything not online, not the delivery apps nothing. So irritating and very unprofessional for a business.

I placed the following order for Curbside Pickup. When I arrived at the store the app advised my order was ready and to notify the store that I was there. I notified the store and put in what kind of vehicle I was driving. I placed the order for curbside pickup because I had my 4 year old son and 3 month old son with me. i waited for 20 minutes and no one ever came out. I watched several people go in and out the store and no one ever came out. I finally went in the store and advised them I had been waiting for my order and they apologized and asked for my name and I gave it to them. They advised me the order had been sitting on the shelf waiting for me to come pick it up. I advised them I ordered for curbside and wanted to cancel they did not bring it out. They advised they did not know how to cancel the order and the manager was not available. I left the store. I have been coming to Marco's for years and I have spent thousands of dollars there. I will never return to Marco's you lost a life time customer because of pure apathy towards your customers.

Everything was done correctly! Called in an order for pizza to pick-up Saturday about 5:45 pm. The worker was busy but listened well. He estimated the single large pizza to be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived the pizza was warm. He also said keep my coupon that came in the mail which can be re-used until it expires. A great alternative to the hut nearby which has mixed reviews.
