I was eating my sandwich and after eating almost an entire half of it. I seen something black that looked like a bug in my sandwich meat. I looked closer and I seen it had wings so I knew for sure there was a dead bug in my food. That was the most disgusting thing ever. So I called this location to let them know and they seemed very nonchalant about it. I will never go back to McAlister's deli ever. I am currently 8 months pregnant and I just wanted to throw up everything. I hope that was the only bug in my food and I did not eat one. They will never get my business again. Hopefully they clean up better so no one else has a bug in there food.

Would rather had gave them zero stars with the horrible customer service I just received. I’ve worked in food service a few times before. But never have I gotten mad at customers because they came to eat 40 minutes before we closed. Wasn’t greeted, the manager just stared at us. Wasn’t offered to dine in, and he never knows how to work the screens and he’s the damn manager. Other employees were already dumping sweet tea and closing restrooms..they close at 9pm and we got there at 8:20.. it was sad, we came to eat here inside because we don’t have a home to eat inside of right now. will not be coming back. We had to eat in the car, we could have went to a drive thru for that. Let alone I’m pregnant so it pissed me off even more. Bad experience, when my dad used to run McAlister’s he never made people feel unwelcome or uncomfortable even if they walked in at 8:50. McAllister’s y’all can do better.. get better employees and a better manager, people who actually care about their customers and their job. Don’t work in the food industry if you’re gonna be this way towards people paying to eat, come on now. We were forced to take our food out at 8:20pm, weren’t even given a choice.Had to come back and edit my response, I thought he was the Gm but he was just a manager.. the bald dude with braces on his arms.

I ordered a pick up and it was ready in less than 15 mins! When I got there, I picked it up and sat in the dining area for a while to eat, atmosphere was great and pleasing for a nice lunch break. Staff was friendly and very quick. Their sweet tea with a splash of strawberry is TO DIE FOR!

Food was mid. What really topped off our visit yesterday 1/31/23 was the ghetto lady fighting, screaming and cursing out an older lady that was part of the kitchen staff. She lost it in front of everyone. When we left she was still outside screaming. The manager just stood beside her and smiled.

I recently ordered two box lunch catering orders for 30 & 35 people, two days in a row. The store was accommodating, quick and helpful with the orders and they were amazing quality. This is a great option for individual lunches for groups. Thomas was especially helpful during the pick up and additional ordering and made a great impression for the McAlister's team!

The cook overlooked 4 spots of mold on my sandwich, but Jonathan made it right with a refund. Great FOH service, cooks questionable.
1st this place doesn’t offer a meal price? 2nd is this a 15$ meal to you? The side that I was overcharged for isn’t even full. Didn’t come with the lid on.Then the rude short girl on the register gave me a attitude when I was asking what their steamed veggie is cause some places change theirs based on the season. The same people with a attitude want you to tip them after taking your order with a attitude. She then stood at the register on her phone the entire time. Get someone to work the front who is pleasant. Paid extra for COLD Mac n cheeseThere should be a dress code for employees considering when she was walking around you can see her underwear through her pants. Unprofessional!

I found MAGGOTS in my food and also my daughters food which is outstandingly crazy to see happen in two plates. The service was horrid the lady behind the counter was smoking a cigarette and putting the buds out on a cheese tray that she handed out to customers. Never going here again after someone got food poisoning IN THE RESTAURANT and threw up liquid all over tables and inside my soup. Never go here and this place will be hearing from my lawyers.

Came in to try a yummy salad. After carefully examining the menu I ended up with the pecan berry salad. It was delicious!!!!!I did cut sugar out of my diet and didn’t realize it had candied pecans (didn’t eat those) not sure if they could be replaced with normal pecans but regardless it was delicious!!! The next day I came in to get the southwest chicken and avocado salad. So yummyyyyyy. Can’t wait to try them all
