If I could give zero stars I would. On 4/2/24 I went through drive and placed an order. I was told to pull up because my order wasn’t ready when I got to the window. They gave my order to the wrong car and once they realized it they came and got the order back (mind you the customers had already started eating fries from the bag I watched them). Once the worker retrieved the bag back (my order) she went inside to let them know what happened and the manager told her it’s ok just take it to the right car. I was livid, that’s the most disgusting thing ever. Everyone including the store manager who I spoke with this morning 4/3/24 acted as if it was no big deal. That shouldn’t have never happened to anyone. I can’t imagine what they do behind closed doors.

Had a mobile order of ONLY a coffee and nothing else. They told me to park in the reserve drive through parking when I got to the window because it wasn’t ready. I sat there for over 20 minutes and had to eventually just leave with no coffee because I was late for work. Awful awful service.

Incompetent woman at the cash register, pulled up to the window to pay and was completely ignored while they were browsing on their phone. They even looked over 3 times and didn’t even acknowledge. 1.30.2024 approx 10:15pm. Had to go to the second window and confusion ensued all because she didn’t want to do her job.

i pulled in through the drive through at about 1:20am to pick up an uber eats order i was delivering and they told me to pull forward. i pulled up to the window and the young lady who gave me the order did so without a single word, locked the window and disappeared. i waited for a moment to ask if that was the complete order and even honked my horn to try to gain the attention of one of the other two ladies i could see and nobody even looked in my general direction. this is very, very poor customer service.
i asked for a hot and spicy chicken sandwich and got this!!! i’ve never had a worse experience at mcdonald’

McDonald's is McDonald's. Dinner was not cooked at home so I ran up the street to this McDonald's which is very conveniently located just a couple of minutes from my house. I went to the drive-thru and got some chicken nuggets and a chocolate shake. Everything was delicious and fresh and the price was cheap as usual. I will go here often.
