Food is good here. But the place is dirty, the tables are not cleaned by the staff.The service is poor due to being ignored while they text on the phone or act as though you’re not in line.Mostly this is a good location but some days are just bad. And today was on of those days.

Service sucks here. I’m writing this review from my car after having waited 5 minutes to at least be acknowledged by an employee. Only one was helping a customer while two other female employees were chatting. I’ll go somewhere else. I’m highly disappointed. Even if you’re busy, acknowledge the customer at least. I’ll go to Kingwood from now on.

This is the best MOD I've been to in Humble!!! The staff is super friendly, nice, and cares about the customers that come into their store. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure customer satisfaction is A++. I ordered a vegetable pizza on cauliflower crust. All vegetables were fresh and available. If you don't see it on the line, don't be afraid to ask. They'll get it for you if they have it. Husband customized his pizza with few vegetables and tons of meat. After I told the staff member that I didn't eat pork so just fix my pizza after his. Not only did she change her gloves but washed her hands before she fixed my pizza. The young ladies who cooked the pizzas, cooked them to perfection!!! Cauliflower crust tends to cook faster on the outside so the center tends to be soggy. I asked them to get it as crispy as possible without burning it and they cooked it just like I liked it. Crunch all the way through. Went back to counter to tell them thank you!!!!! The lemonades are the best drinks there!!! Never had an issue at this location and I at least eat there once or twice a month!! Keep up the great work MOD!!!!!!!

It was actually the first time to ever eat there and I have to say AMAZING! You get to make your own pizza. Can have as many toppings as you want, choice of sauce and the breading.

The slowest, most unresponsive staff I've ever encountered at a MOD! They were not even that busy... one working on online orders and one waiting on others. Too much to explain but we will not be back! RUDE and ARROGANT!

I wanted to appreciate Dee for her good customer service she was the best and what she did yesterday when I came in, she worked with me. She make sure that my pizza was not burnt when I wanted it extra crispy it was golden. It was good and I loved it and I don’t know if this will help my comment on helping get her promotion but this girl right here she needs a promotion. She worked hard she was driven to what she was doing yesterday. She make sure that I was OK and making sure that my pizza was OK this girl right here. It’s an awesome customer service and I would love coming back again during my lunch time

First Off I will like to say Dee Is a very hard and talented worker at this location she help me with my order today and informed me on thing about the pizza this is my first time meeting with her and thought she was the manager on how she carried herself this girl right here needs a promotion she make sure my pizza was good and all taking care I say if Dee don't work here I'm not coming she has the best customer service in that location by far will love to always be a joy to know that my pizza in good hands with her in here
