After 2 hours and 20 minutes the order was finally delivered. And to add insult to injury, it was ice cold pizza. Clearly not ordering from that location again

This place is really nice, the quality was good but what I really loved about this store was the customer service. I went there in the morning and they were having a situation with the system but the young and really cute boy, just saying LOL, who was in the front took care of me. He explained to me the situation with the system and after 10 minutes waiting the system came back and he was able to take my order and I also noticed he was at the make line too, the pizza was so good. Im definitely coming back. I didn't ask for his name but he really deserves a reward for his job.

Everyone that works here is great. They are always welcoming and friendly and happy. This is our go to Papa John's and we are happy for that. The pizza is always good and always consistent. If you live in the area and need easy dinner, you're safe here. Fast and reliable just like it should be.

The store manager is very rude!!! He answerd the phone and said if he took my order over the phone he would make me wait extra long for it to be delivered. I asked him for his name and said have a good day. I called back over 7 times and he never picked my phone call up again. I ended up ordering online but it’s the point. He said some other awful things but what if I didn’t have online capabilities like older folks do??? This is very sad and needs to be addressed immediately. Literally said I was wasting his time he was busy!!!!

This Papa John's is a really good one. I've ordered out there twice. Very quick service. The delivery driver actually caught me off guard both times and both deliveries were well under time quoted. If your in the area and are looking for a pie or two you won't be disappointed!!!

The majority of the reviews posted on this website relate to delivery issues, my complaint is about the quality. I recently ordered two pizza’s, one small with Italian Sausage and Mushrooms and a large with Pepperoni. The sausage and mushrooms on the small pizza were minuscule and tasteless. After eating one slice I trashed the rest. It’s near impossible to ruin a Pepperoni pizza and a relative had no complaints about it.

Staff was rude, getting mad at me because I tried using a Labor Day special but didn't go through so I wasn't going to pay 19.00 for a 8.00 pizza. He asked if I wanted it ar the 19.00 price and I said no...he replied that's what I figured in a sarcastic tone.
