Had a craving for the best chips, salsa and queso. Did not disappoint! The black beans with grilled onions in a tortilla. Delicious! The cajetas….MUY DELICIOSO! (I don’t even speak Spanish). Warning: the ice cream, toasted coconut & pecans, chocolate and cajetas sauce literally disappear so fast that you think the plate had a crack. (Well - That’s what I told the general manager - Mr. Kelly). He was so apologetic and quickly ran to the kitchen to replaced it only to find out the second plate also had a crack ? Less than a week later, I returned to get more chips, salsa and queso with grilled veggies. Family and friends got fajitas. Had to get the cajetas again. It was absolutely amazingly delicious but darn it….it literally disappeared off the plate. It makes me wonder if that plate was cracked too. ? I am going to try my best to wait at least seven days to return but with such an exceptional restaurant - the delicious food, warm service of our waiter Larry and and the general manager prompt attention to detail (not to mention his kindness and generosity?) I may be going back tomorrow.

I’ve been going to Pappasito’s Humble location for many many many many years. My recent experience was amazing we met the. General manager Michael Kelly. Michael Kelly was amazing. He was greeting each table and making sure everyone was doing well.JJ and Larry also made our experience pleasant. Please go make sure you visit these guys at Pappasito’s and Humble!

Waiter experience((Andrew)): His services were phenomenal. He was very attentive, knowledgeable about the food selection, gave us recommended selection. He continued to check on us every so often and kept our glasses full. He was very welcoming andCute!!! Even went above and beyond to let his manager know this was our first time.Atmosphere: not too loud very chill spot .. love how Charlie(manager) came over to welcome us for our first experience here.Food: 8/10 Queso fundido was great, didn't like the pork tamales, the fajitas were straight, THAT GUACAMOLE WAS PERFECT.overall experience 9.7545/ 10

We placed a To Go order of fajitas and got home to realize they didn't give us any tortillas. We called the restaurant to let them know and Mike told us that he would deliver the tortillas to us. Not only did he drive all the way to our house which is about 20 minutes from the resturant but they replaced the full order of fajitas and gave us a gift card. Great Customer service!

People, I ordered a meal earlier today and called the store to tell them that they forgot my chips. I was staying 40 minutes away from the restaurant, so I just wanted them to know.To my utter surprise, Corey attended to my call. He offered to remake my food since I was willing to drive back. That's just above and beyond for missing chips! I just arrived to get my food, and Corey also provided me a gift card for all of my troubles!I mean, how amazing is that! How amazing is he? I'm so overjoyed that he cared this much about making sure my experience was good. Thank you for your level of care.
