Ordered online for pickup and it was not ready when I got there I had to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour and there were several other people there that were also waiting at least an hour for their pickup orders they were not going in any kind of order The staff was hop hazard not doing anything in a timely fashion to assist any of the customers they were not very apologetic The girl at the counter was just not very helpful or had any too little empathy

This location should shutdown for good! I ordered a pizza for delivery online at 8:15pm on 4/20. My pizza was suppose to be delivered no later than 9:15pm. I waited an hour after until I called to see where my order was. It took 30 mins for someone to answer my call from this location. Tabbie, tab whatever her name was picked up and I asked her about my order. Tabbie with an attitude says sorry I’m the GM and I just walked in, the manager quit, and we are now closed we are behind 30 orders and you can call corporate. I asked her why wasn’t I notified as a customer after I was charged and needed my money back since I never received my pizza. Tabbie told me I would need to callback next day for a refund. Tabbie had me all the way f’d up! I called corporate instead as soon as I got off the phone with a careless employee. She doesn’t even care about her job well enough! Not understanding how she’s a GM because this is bad business and terrible customer service. Never again will I order from this location and I still have yet to receive my refund. I should’ve stuck with my normal dominos because I never had issues with them!

Placed an order for delivery at 8:18 and it said it’d be delivered by 9:20, at 9:38 it still hadn’t showed up so I called and the very unprofessional woman I spoke to said that they cancelled all the orders because they were short staffed. I asked how we were going to get our money back and she said it’d be back on my card in 5 days. I asked why we weren’t notified and she said well, we got a lotta people to call. Completely awful service. Will never order from this location again.

Poor customer service. I placed an order online and went to pick it up BEFORE 1130 on a Saturday. When I got there ALL the lights up front were off. I guess they wanted people to think they're closed. When I walked in I was stared at then ignored. There were 2 people, a male and a female. I guess the female was training the male so I waited. He told her someone was up front but she didnt care. They finished talking and I still was not acknowledged. I had to literally yell to the back of the store, "HELLOOOO"! Then and only then did she acknowledge me and say ill be right with you, AFTER I had already been waiting. I understand wanting to close but there was still a good 45min left. Customer service is still a thing. My order wasnt worth the poor customer service. Ill stick to the West Lake Houston Pkwy location.
Tabbie is an absolute horrible GM. I placed order online for fiance who was at home. They had Honey Hot available online. But didn't have it available in store. So when they were unable to reach me due to me being on a cruise in the middle of the sea Tabbie blamed me for the plain dry wings that her staff member delivered. Keep in mind I added my fiance phone number to delivery instructions and tracking. To blame a customer for their lack of a product is crazy. I asked her for corporate number to file complaint and she informed me she didn't have it and I could Google it. Excuse me, but oh okay. Unbelievable usually since we have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for 4 years now.
It took over 60 minutes to receive my order when, it was supposed to take 30 minutes. This store is so horrible. Poor management, Took for ever to place the order, then food arrived late and only half. Driver asked for the receipt to make sure I wasn’t lying, then said I need to call the store. I did put in hold manager and to be told no refund can’t be made for their mistake and they were aware of it. And at the end I was even cal an As…e to ask for my money back no the food 2 hours later. @Pizza Hut
