Terrible location with panhandle coming in to request money. Sound system was loud and constantly breaking up. Cashier cannot hear you behind all the security glass. Chicken may have been fried the same day it was served but it's far from certain. Fountain drink machine wasn't working - everybody gets lemonade.

Don’t go. Don’t go. Don’t go. I’ve placed an online order so when I get there I can leave immediately. After placing the order and missing the exit so I’ve arrived 20 minutes, after placing the order. I came into the facility with the order not even worked on. All I ordered was a 8 piece fried shrimp & red bean and rice & a biscuit. As soon as it was my turn I said I had an online order and afterwards they told me can I give them 5 minutes to cook the shrimp, after me placing the order 20 minutes ago, they haven’t even started on the order. After getting my food, the red bean and rice was soggy and tasted old. They didn’t have change at all for other customers and were shorting them. The bathroom doors were locked and customers couldn’t go in to use them. Again, don’t go, don’t go, don’t go!!!!
For the 2nd time they totally messed up my order...

I went through the drive-thru and I wasn't sure if they were open because the menu board was off. As I started to leave, a young lady came on the speaker and took my order. There was only one car in front of me, but it still took a long time. I still had to wait once the car left and I pulled up to the window. The young lady did apologize once she gave me my order. Despite this, I have to say the food was good and worth the wait. ??
