The last 2 times I have been thru Popeyes they didn't give me what I should have got, I got shorted twice, I guess if I want to make sure I get what I want I'll have to go inside. I love there chicken, but don't like getting ripped off

One of the only thing I purchase from popeyes at all locations is the blackened tenders. I place my order online thru the app. I've visited this location 2 timed and on both occasion they have done the exact same thing. I'm sure the process for the blackened tenders is you take the mild tenders and add blackening seasoning then cook. Well they have to be using the spicy tenders. Reason being they are red and super spicy. On both occasion I bought it to their attention and they ask the same cook. Her reply is mild tenders with blackening seasoning.I even showed the cashier my order history where's nothing but blackened tenders. I as the customer is sweating telling you it's too hot. I had to throw them in trash and eat my two sides I purchased. My complaint wasn't getting heard.

I visited the establishment on a particular day. I was uncertain if you had placed an order for a single chicken breast. The meal is accompanied by a biscuit, which significantly enhanced my experience. The chicken was freshly prepared and prioritized over other items. I do not regret deviating from my diet on this occasion. I highly recommend this particular location. In fact, it is the only location I frequent for an exceptional piece of chicken.Vegetarian options: I don't believe this would be good for this purpose.Dietary restrictions: Be careful it's good ??.Parking: Parking isn't an issue.Kid-friendliness: Of course, what child doesn't like chicken ?.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, accessible.

Don't go here. I gave it another try just to regret it. Employees arguing over I dont know what. Gave me my order and was missing a sandwhich. Good thing I checked my order before I left the drive through. Got home to eat and the chicken on both of the sandwiches were undercooked. No pictures needed. Just got and experience it yourself if you want. The nuggets were good though. I have had bad experiences here in the past and will not be coming back here again. There is a reason why the place looked like it was closed. They need to shut this place down and replace it with a Canes!!

November 8th 9:45 at night hung up on two calls from me while I was calling and asking for help on finding a lost item of mine so I wouldn't have to drive up here in case it wasn't here she hung up on me twice in a row within less than 30 seconds of each call and instead of getting her name from her own mouth I had to get it from her coworkers because whenever I directly asked her after I drove down here for her name she walked away from me and began sweeping the back of the store and whenever her co-worker walked up to her and asked for her spelling of her name she said I don't know and then walked away. On the first call I asked her to help me find a card and see if it was in the vault or if it was stored anywhere. She immediately said no and said there weren't any cards and I said well could you at least check and see if it's maybe stored in the vault or something like that and then she said to me no again. Then I asked who is there any managers I could probably do it or are you the manager for the night and she said no there are no managers for the night. I was just like really because that's exceedingly strange and then she said the only manager for the night is in the restroom. Then I said "seriously you guys don't have a manager for the night." and then she started talking in the background and said oh he's not even in the restroom and then immediately hung up on me. Then on the second call I said "do I really have to come up there and ask for help so that I can wind up seeing if at least I left my card there." and she said "what." and then I said do "I really have to come up there and ask for help in come up there to do that." and then she immediately hung up on me again. Isela was her name and I talked the next morning with her district manager who helped me get my card and took a down my information of the incident and sadly still hasn't informed me or helped past the report. I really want to get better help surrounding this incident I was surprised when the dm took down my information and it's been over a month and hasn't contacted me so I would like some better help with this if possible. I would take this down had I received better help but I haven't so it's tough luck.

I made the order online thru the popeye's mobile app. The food was ok, but they did not have any Fries or sparkle season, which was very disappointing. I got there when the app said the food would be ready, but I still had to wait about 10 minutes or so. I ordered an 8pc family meal and also received the promotion for free six piece wings, which are not whole wings, but hot wings cooked like normal popeye's chicken.And this was about 10:30 at night, when I arrived. So it wasn't busy at all. It seemed like there was only two people working though. As they had two cars already pulled up, parked and waiting with no one in the drivethru when I arrived, but they had me do the same.

The people who work there are amazing but I wasn't a fan of listening to music about the Confederacy while I dined. Observed quite a few customers shaking their heads in disbelief. This place serves predominantly black and Hispanic people.

I placed an online order and waited 30 minutes before I went to pick up my order. Got there and still had to park and wait. They messed up my order twice only gave me 6 of my 12 wings and didn't give me my large side. I called them several times no one answered but when I got there everyone was inside doing NOTHING!!
