Name was writing in wrong color! I asked for blue, but received black writing. The lady who assisted me was very sweet and apologetic. Not so much for the one who took the order. Felt like she rushed the whole process which resulted in my cake order being wrong !

I won this week's 4 pack of cupcakes and finally was able to stop by to pick them up so I purchased 4 more to support. I have been craving Red Velvet Cake/Cupcakes since we left Georgia and I finally got my fix.? We also sampled their "Famous" Red Velvet Cake Ice cream and OMG it was sssooo good. Mrs. Terry the manager was so sweet and welcoming soon as we walked through the door. The young lady taking my order over the phone could have been a bit more professional. She put me on hold without telling me I was on hold. I almost hung up because I thought we got disconnected. Then when I asked her a question about a certain decoration in a cake she respond in a way likeI was stupid. I order from here all the time and this was the first encounter where customer service was lacking.
You cannot go wrong at this location. Super friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Fresh baked daily. Delicious!

My 1st time ever coming in and the young lady was very nice informed me of all the different varieties of flavors from the cupcakes to the ice cream and the parfaits I loved my experience and will certainly come back also if you have fur babies they have pet friendly treats for pups

Best. Cupcakes. Ever. Purchased a dozen of the decadent vanilla for my wife's birthday and was blown away. Very moist cake and excellent frosting. You have to try this little bakery. They are awesome.

I'm not a big cupcake fan so i was pleasantly surprised when we tried out Smallcakes. They did everything right-the bake wasn't dried out and they didn't overfrost with icing. AND most importantly the ice cream with red velvet crumbs was delicious. The ice cream was creamy and even with the addition of the cupcake it wasn't too sweet. Will return in the future!
