Worst sonic experience ever. Not sure why - maybe time of the day (9:30pm).Ordered in the app, checked in at a stall. A guy came out with my order and stopped by every other car in the lot, offering my order to them, before finally getting it to me.The M&Ms blast that I ordered melted as if it had been sitting for some time. M&Ms in the blast were clustered and not much. The bottom part of my blast didn’t have any. It also tasted funny - a bit sour.Also the order didn’t have any condiments that I ordered on the app.

Biggest complaint is that I ordered a sweet tea which was not sweet. Figured I'd add sugar to it when I got home only to find bits of paper and bugs floating in it. Disgusting.

This is the BEST sonic on the planet!!Iv been a loyal Sonic customer since the day i was born but i must admit the quality has gone down for a while now.BUT THIS SONIC!! They consistently provide amazing service and great FRESH HOT FOOD! They always cook it fresh and i never get old food sitting out under the warmer or stale anything. Their employees are always kind and accommodating!

My family and I had a taste for something cold and decided to go to Sonic. Big mistake! The slushes was horrible that my aunt and I had. The corn dog was burnt. The burger was hard. The best this was the cup of ice that my mom had. On top of this the wait for the food was over thirty minutes. Everything but the ice went in to the trash. I couldn't get a refund because it was a app order. I will never go to this Sonic again. This visit occurred on 9/10/23.

Every time I come here it takes forever to get 1 drink. I ordered ahead on the ap. Got here and sat for 20 minutes for a drink. Need to get more help or figure out why it takes 20 minutes to get a single drink out.

I order the #2 sonic double meat cheeseburger with mayo and No lettuce on it. When it got my order I left went home about 4 miles. I open the bag to get my burger out and noticed it had lettuce on it and it was a single cheese burger. This is not want I order. Evrytime I go to this sonic the screw up my oder everything. Look they need better management. I will not be back!!!! I feed the burger to my dog. I guess I will start going to whatabuger.from now on.
Under staffed and takes forever to get your food when they have more then 3 cars in their drive thru. Service wont respond to drive thru when over whelmed with parked drivers. They dont accept apply pay, samsung pay, or any other app related payment method.

This food was good especially with how close it is to IAH. My girlfriend and I give this whole meal a 15/17. The chicken was crispy while being a joy to chew. It could use more sauce, but the flavor it did have was good.

No good ordered some slushies tasted like it was expired I literally was going to throw up ??it was gross. Don’t go here for some slushies go to another sonic. Also they were slow with my order when it was just some simple slushies.

I guess they got new people because this used to be a pretty good location. But this last time I went, I got the bbq popcorn chicken, and most of them were burned to a crisp, took forever to get my food, and the tea they had was soured.
