I was concerned about a Starbucks inside of a Macy's, but I was quite impressed with the stellar service of cashier Alexie who wore a bright smile as she took my order. Upon tasting my order, I could tell the coffee didn't have cane sugar. Manager James quickly resolved the issue and offered to remake the order, which I contested. Friendly inside the store Starbucks. There was no wait time and lady at front was great at knowing her drinks. Asked her for recommendations and something with brown sugar was a good hit. Cake pops were good and help my shopping experience.
