I have literally never seen an employee move as slow and with little purpose as Zaira. Several people csme in and got out while I waited for my stuff. It was like watching those sloths from the Pixar movies. It was nuts. During lunch time, perhaps move with some purpose??

Yeah, I think I’m done with subway. Ordered a ham sandwich which, like maybe two years ago was like five bucks. I understand everybody’s playing the inflation game. It Said on the menu that it was 750 but when she rang me up, it came to 950She didn’t speak English so she type something into her phone and showed me that it says the computers already changed the price it but they haven’t change the sign. The lady that worked there was super nice. I don’t blame her. I blame the owners for not changing it.The day that I pay $10 for a ham foot-long at subway is the day that I’ve lost my mind. really mad that I stopped and wasted my time here. Pretty sure it’s illegal to have it changed in the register and not have it changed on the price stand. Either way, it’s really bad business …owner of this subway!!!

Came in there and ordered my son a sandwich. After my order was complete. The server said she can’t accept 100$ bills. It was 12:20pm. No customers. And she literally is turning down money. She turned me and my son around and referred to her sign. This is a sign of laziness and the reason why this particular subway will fail and probably is failing.

I just came out from this restaurant and there is a guy called Jimmy with the most horrible attitude and also terrible service, which is a shame because Subway it's a great food chain and always with lovely and and friendly people.

This is one of the slowest Subways, I've ever experienced. Employees texting hiding in the back while the line continues to build. All during peak hours (lunch).

Horrible!!! Sandwich TOTALLY WRONG! asked for no tomatoes easy mustard! Not to mention allergic to tomatoes! Other ingredients not on Sandwich, made sloppy! Rotisserie chicken is cold, not toasted as requested tried to call 4 times with NO ANSWER!

Got here 20 min before closing and was greeted with an attitude. I was ask if i had a to go order and when i said no the worker got an attitude and said he was closing i asked if he wanted me to leave since he was huffing and puffing. Then he dropped the knife picked it up off the floor and continued making my sandwich. I had to ask if he was going to change his gloves before continuing my sandwich once again he got a attitude, took the gloves off and washed his hands. If i see that worker i would never let him serve me again. With covid going around he was unsanitary and disgusting. Oh not to notice mention the next person that came in was greeted and he didnt ask if she had an online order nor huff and puff to her.

Decent subway. Least this one had a working restroom, that's 1 for 3 so far, the usual ones I go to are always out of order. Only one person working but he was putting out sandwiches fairly quickly. I did mention easy on the mayo and got my sandwich painted in mayo.

On January 1st me and my fiance came in to order few sandwiches. The customer service was very poor. The guy who was working was very rude, unprofessional, and kept throwing our food. Has no manners. Very disrespectful.

I never seen someone so rude when taking your order, all he kept saying when you tell him what you want on your sandwich is WHAT!! Then just stare at me and the person behind me was looking at him like he crazy, I would never go there again I just can't, remember when you work at a job and you deal with customers please put a smile on your face and have manners.

Spent over $50 on food waited over 45 min. He messed up two sandwiches and then said he couldn't fix it. He charged me to remake my sandwich. I was too irritated to argue with this kid who obviously has no idea how business works. But what should I expect when he can't make a sandwich. Horrible customer service. I should have gone to firehouse subs......update!!!! I have received harassing phone calls from the subway employee after leaving this message. I assume they got my number because i did an online order. So obviously a breach of privac .I will be reporting it to corporate.

Very bad attitudes the staff does not believe in washing your hands does not believe in changing their gloves apparently is not happy very bad attitude very bad attitude just because you have glove lawn does not mean the next person food is fresh you should be changing gloves in between and making other people's food handling money touching other items in the back while making other people's food

Horrible service. Walked in. No hello because no one was at the counter. Food prep area was nasty. Out of or low on a lot of items! Worker looked like he didn’t want to be there. Not a welcoming environment at all. I’ll stick to going to the one on West Lake Houston. Ugh

Awful! One employee here who is doing her best but is solo. Our express order was to be ready at 2 and it is 2:16 and she’s just now making it. She said she called the manager for back up and there was no answer. This is the second time this has happened here. She was told it doesn’t get busy at this location and was left alone. She’s being pleasant and making great sandwiches. But we won’t be back. Poor management! 2:30 I’m walking out with our order that was to be ready at 2.

Loved the two young boys who were working tonight 9/22/21 very fast, super friendly and welcoming sandwiches were made great and timely manner.. we need more happy workers like them! Great job management!
