I ordered 3 items recently. My sandwich was okay, the pretzel I received was extremely hard and inedible, and I flat out didn’t receive my drink. I messaged the store about my transaction experience and still have not heard from anyone. It should go without saying that businesses shouldn’t keep money for items that a customer didn’t receive. Very disappointing experience.

Veggies aren’t freshBread was very hardThis subway is definitely not FRESHI been twice to this location recently and it’s been very disappointing.All the vegetables look old especially the tomatoes ? to the point tomatoes are soggy, the chicken teriyaki looked like it had been sitting there for awhile, I don’t think they care about what the costumers are consuming cause everything looks pretty much old… won’t be coming back for awhile they need to do something about that…

My husband visited this location twice and had the same experience. He arrived around 9:40-9:45 and the door was locked both times and the worker ducked down and hid from view. This is very unacceptable and lazy. I will be contacting the stores manager regarding this same employees behavior.

Placed an app order was to be ready at 4:25 pm got there 15 minutes before decided to go in early to my drink and checked on food even though app was showing still building … when I walked up I see 2 bags sitting behind counter .. the worker asked for my name looks at the bags …good thing I went in my bag was just sitting there .. food is horrible. 2 weeks ago we ordered food and both of my boys had severe diarrhea from it. We weren't sure it was the food but last night we ordered one more time and my 10 year old has been throwing up all night.

Horrible experience. I walked in, the girl walked to the back without acknowledging me. The guy looked up but continued making a online order. My time was not important to them at all. The girl returned back with no apology and said can I help you. I said 'well finally, thank you'. She responds 'well if I didn't go wash the knives I couldn't serve you right'? As I ordered and spoke that THIS is not my normal location she talked over me and ignored what I was ordering that I had to repeat myself. She was SUPER nasty. I will NOT return her because she seemed NOT to care that she had a job in customer service.

X i always come here and get club minus ham add extra turkey. no one has ever denied me that as i dont eat pork, this ham. today the manager who do t speak english much who had to consult with another worker bc she didnt know what to do. she refused to give me manager number to call. she spoke with manager on her cell phone i stead. she then gsve me another person's receipt to email complaint which is a privacy violation. My kids and I have never had this type of experience with subway. i was treated like i didnt matter. i am a nurse and go above and beyond to make sure my patients are happy. this customer experience was horrible and the last. they refused to give me names as neither employee wore a badge. worse experience ever at subway. employees need training on customer service. the only thing i was told was that the evening employees were new and didtcknow any better. SMH

Bad service, steamer wasn't working, only gave me one strip of bacon and wouldn't restock a vegetables when asked and wrapped the sandwich the worst I've ever seen. I come here always everyday and never had this happened and quite honestly made me choose to never come back I hope you guys fix the employees there thank you.
